    Love it! Works great, has a great display and the Ifit program is awesome. Follow the workouts and they are so enjoyable you dont even realize how fast the time passes by.

    Best buy team did an excellent job installing this. Sturdy and great for home workouts. I love the 12% incline and have no issues running at 5.5MPH.

    After my 20 year old Proform treadmill stopped working, I did a lot of research and ended up with this model. Compared to my old one, this is way quieter. I can hear the TV now without any issues. The frame seems well built. I don't think this a model for professional runners, but for someone working out at home it's a good fit. My only gripe is the tablet takes a little while to boot up each time you turn the machine on.

    I took me a lot of research before I made a decision. Besides the great reviews one of my direct reports purchased one. And she had nothing but good things to say about it. I was concerned about how well ot would hold up over time. She assured me this was one of her better purchases. Stating her husband and son use it regularly. Finally I purchased one and have no regrets, my wife use it religiously and love it, I us it occasionally and very satisfied with my investment. I would recommend it. I will post pictures a little due to being on the road at the time of this writing.

    Treadmill is easy to use and really like the built in fans and the cushioned track. Only issue has been the speed controls not working properly, but was easily fixed with a reset and software update.

    I love the treadmill. it has 12 speed settings and 12 incline settings as well. The treadmill is alot bigger than I thought. I would have given a 5 star except that it is a little noisy.

    I love this treadmill. With my total tech membership the delivery and assembly was included for free. I can’t recommend getting the tech membership enough, it pays for itself. I also have a 2 year warranty on this treadmill for free. Back to the treadmill, it is the perfect size for my gym. I love that it folds! The image quality on the screen is great and the sound quality is just as good. I love the fan, really comes in handy during my long runs. I’m very happy with this purchase.

    Its been good for the week! I have had a hard time though trying to connect my bluetooth and also the yr membership ive been trying to get it working and its just not working! other than that its good

    Great quality. Folds up when not in use. Flexes under your weight. The video on screen help with the monotony of working out.

    While the the physical part of this treadmill functions fine the digital screen won’t update the software. It downloads everything then the last second the update fails. No customer support to fix the issue. I have contacted them few times but no response. Also i had the screen went white within 2 months of the purchase i had to lookup the issue online to fox it.

    Great treadmill, however assembly does require some strengths because the holes didn't align well. Also, software has been buggy at times. Sometimes it would loose my daily workout records. Recent update has fixed the issue it seems but now streaming quality of iFit videos has been lower resolution even though in settings its set at high quality.

    Lemon! Stopped working right after warranty

    I had mine for about 14 months and used it about 30 times when it stopped working. Best Buy said sorry, no warranty and wouldn’t even provide a repair person or suggestions. Proform wouldn’t help because we purchased through Best Buy. Loved it while it worked but now I cannot get anyone to come and fix it. Total waste!

    We purchased this product in November of 2021 but the unit was not delivered until January 15th 2022 due to inventory issues. The device worked great for months and although some do not like the subscription service, I feel I need the extra content for motivation and am happy to pay for it. We liked the product so much we purchased the company's ProForm R10 Rower and NordicTrack S15i Bike around Christmas this past year. The treadmill display no longer turns on but the speakers still make a sound when shutting down so power is reaching the top of the unit. In doing some research on other websites it seems that the tablet failing is a common issue with recent models. I called support yesterday and waited on hold for 3 hours and 41 minutes before the call was picked up by Harri. After 4 hours and 34 minutes on the phone I was offered to purchase the tablet/display for $481 or have a tech visit for $159. I spoke to a Member Care Supervisor Tyler and was given the same options. I understand that there is a warranty period but with only 8 days past I was hoping there would be some concessions or offer to help especially since we have 2 other portfolio products and the monthly family membership plan at $39 a month.

    One Gem and One Possible Lemon

    I bought two of these ProForm Carbon T10 Treadmills in past three months, one for each home. The first one purchased has been flawless. Verdict is still out for the more recently purchased treadmill. There have been issues with creating an account for my wife, circuit breaker tripping multiple times when workout program begins, and currently unable to adjust volume of music.

    Not yet sure. My WiFi signal is not strong enough in the room with the treadmill to download anything. So I’m not able to access any of the fitness programs or even see the virtual scenery while walking. The installers suggested I purchase a WiFi booster/extender. The basic machine seems great.

    It works, it does the job but It keeps on saying an update is available but doesn’t download properly tech-support does respond to email but it’s still not great. Bluetooth is nonexistent false Advertisement if I ever seen it

      You can connect to your iFIT machine with bluetooth headphones by pairing your headphones with the machine. Once you have selected “Start workout” on your machine, there are 4 places you can connect your wireless headphones: on the warmup screen, on the pause screen, next to the volume slider, or on the cooldown screen.
