Good for slow or fast paced cardio workouts. Setting one is too slow it hiccups but anything over 2.5 works perfect.

Love my treadmill easy to use and store in my small apartment

I enjoyed my treadmill. I still go to the gym to use their weights. I do noticed that speed 4.0 on my treadmill at home is a lot faster than the treadmill at the gym. I feel like im running at 5 speed.

Treadmill was fairly easy to assemble, easy to move around and store to save space if needed. Very sturdy and operates easily. No issues so far.

Since I purchased this treadmill last month, I have had problems with the tread slipping and jerking forward which has led to loss of balance for me while using it and inability to walk on it hands free. I have attempted to tighten up the tread but it still feels like it is slipping when I walk on it. I am very disappointed as I enjoy very much using treadmills for walking while holding light weights. Now I am afraid to let go of the side bars for fear of losing my balance and falling. It does not feel stable to use. I have owned a ProForm treadmill in the past and did not have this issue with it. I'm not sure if the treadmill is defective or that it was not properly assembled by the technicians who delivered it to my home.

Best reasonable purchase for a treadmill I ever spent. I’ve lost so much weight just using this everyday and have no complaints. Run don’t walk. Get fit!!!!

For a sorta starter treadmill its pretty good! Also love that I don't need a subscription to use it!

Put together in under an hour with ease. Seems sturdy will tell more over time

This treadmill suits my need for a daily exercise regimen of walking and jogging up hill for at least an hour a day. I not going to be running on the thing, so I don't really need it to be faster the 10 miles. At most I will just be jogging for short intervals, followed by brisk walking. My previous cheap treadmill just pooped out on me, but I am hoping the motor on this ProForm - Carbon TL will last longer. By the way it is built, it looks like it will last longer than my previous threadmill.

This treadmill operates flawlessly. It is my first treadmill purchase, and it has exceeded my expectations.

It's fine for the price. Nothing fancy. A little noisy. Relatively easy to put together.

It is a good thread mill overall but there are thing I wish it had like my old 520 had which included a heart rate monitor, separate screens for laps , calories burn and a few other things. Also the ad kind of threw me off it look like a had a lcd screen but someone had a i pad i guess. I should had paid more attention. The belt drive is a wee bit heavier than my 520. Still overall I like it. The speakers i did not need since I have Alexa with a sound system for music. Making it where one had to get it unlocked is a pain. Do not need Ifit. Still a good buy for the price. Wish it was more like my 520 thread mill.

Functioning as mentioned in the description. The quality is really good.

This was just what I needed. Very heavy, but it works perfect. Can hold up to 300 lbs. Would recommend

I’m definitely loving my treadmill. It took me awhile to put together since it definitely takes two people to bill. But over all easy to assemble.
