The display is set so far back that if you're adjusting it as you're walking, you'll step off of the belt. It came from the factory with the belt too tight so be cautious. It also started to smell after 15 minutes of use about a month in, not sure if this is a drive belt issue, lubrication, etc. Kind of regretting the purchase. Would definitely replace if I used this for running consistently, but I just use it for incline walking and warmups.

Stopped working after 4 days

It worked great until this morning. I turned it on and the motor started to run itself and the incline went up to the highest itself. I pushed the buttons but they just beeped. So I called BestBuy support asking them to pick it up and deliver another one as I was informed because I have the BestBuy membership and warranty. I was told by the costumer service that they can not do that because they’re out of stock! So I’m returning this thing, they will come and pick it up on 8/6 , 8/3 was their earliest avalability. Also we have to disassemble because they did not install it. I am very disappointed.
