Stopped working after 4 days

It worked great until this morning. I turned it on and the motor started to run itself and the incline went up to the highest itself. I pushed the buttons but they just beeped. So I called BestBuy support asking them to pick it up and deliver another one as I was informed because I have the BestBuy membership and warranty. I was told by the costumer service that they can not do that because they’re out of stock! So I’m returning this thing, they will come and pick it up on 8/6 , 8/3 was their earliest avalability. Also we have to disassemble because they did not install it. I am very disappointed.
