I put it together myself and im 5’3 130lb and help was not needed. It also come with all the tools you will need and instructions are very clear.

Great compact treadmill

This model has enough power to use for walking/jogging for everyday use. It is compact and stores conveniently with the bottom platform able to tilt and fix in a more upright position.

Very Impressed - Great Purchase

I have an iPad that syncs perfectly to the treadmill. I especially like how iFit automatically changes the incline and speed during the workout. The machine itself seems to be built to last. I have been using this for jogging and walking. I think this treadmill is a fantastic value.
