I had to search for how to activate the machine online.

The motor seems to drag causing an uneven walk. It does this with us on the treadmill and not on the treadmill. Totally disappointed and a waste of our time. We are returning it and looking for a different brandand invest more money.

The reason for that is because my machine is defective, it doesn't turn on. So I've been in the process of exchanging for about 3 weeks now. However, I do appreciate Best Buy sending people to unassemble the machine the day before they pick up and exchange. So just for that I give it 2 stars, but still annoyed that it was defective. These machines should be tested before packing and shipping. I will update my review once I'm able to use the treadmill.

I had to take an important call and when I came back it said "done" on the treadmill screen. The whole workout and time I ran had reset and I had to start from scratch. If there is a setting to turn this off I would love to know.
