    I’ve had this treadmill since November 2023 and it has now stopped operating after only two months. When I go to select the speed and press the start button the screen turns off and then turns back on. The belt then barely moves and just makes a buzzing sound. I would not recommend this treadmill to anyone.

    Disappointed. It says that weight limit is 300lbs. I am 228lbs and the belt drags and sticks unless I get it up to running speed. Yes I have oiled it and did everything the company told me to. Not worth the money. So if you are a chunky monkey like me… don’t buy.

    I was able to use this treadmill for a total of about 10 days until the belt began to not work. However, BestBuy was great with their return service. They came to uninstall it and returned to the warehouse. Would recommend BestBuy, but not this treadmill.

    Delivered Christmas Eve morning by Best Buy, the whole delivery experience was flawless. When we went to put treadmill together the part called a cushion was smashed. Nothing like getting a Christmas present you can’t use, because it’s broken out of the box.
