This is my second Proform treadmill since 2022. I’ve owned this one for 7 months and it hasn’t worked for the last two months. Proform/Icon just gives me the run around, and the Best Buy extended warranty I bought wouldn’t get involved because it’s covered under Proform still. Worst purchase I’ve made this year!

Absolute garbage the worst customer service ever

They finally sent a new motor and circuit board and the problem happened again after three days it took another two weeks to get in touch with them and another two weeks for them to send somebody out. They changed the motor and circuit board again and it’s doing the same thing. I want my money back, but it is so difficult to just get in touch with anyone stay away look for another treadmill. It’s not worth it!

Highly disappointed

I just got this treadmill at the end of January. I started using it on Monday, yes Monday that just passed. I used it again yesterday and went to use it today and it’s not working! I was on hold with customer service for 1hr and transferred 5times just to hear that the geek squad closed an hour ago!

I gave up and decided to cancel any further service. They simply don’t care or seem interested in fixing my equipment.

Dont buy this junk

What a joke. Put the thing together ready for my morning run and I have spent the last half hour trying to figure out how to get the "lock" they put on my own treadmill off the dang thing.

Limited return window on faulty equipment

And has to be reset. Literally got it 3 months ago and now it’s useless junk that I’m stuck with. The return time is so limited because Best Buy knows it’s junk. Not happy at all

This treadmill is super easy to get started with, and I can jump on for 10 minutes between tasks or when I need a break. It runs smoothly and quietly, which is important since I live in a townhouse. I’ve also been impressed with how sturdy it feels, especially since multiple people in my household use it regularly. I use it every morning to walk on an incline for a light morning workout. It's pretty quiet, and I haven't had any issues with it. I like how simple the interface is for adjusting your workout settings. I also love the shortcut buttons for quick setting the incline and speed. It will take two people to assemble, but assembly was pretty easy and took us about half an hour. I also like how you can connect it to your phone through the iFit app for some fun additional features. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
