The computer board and motor would overheat. We were sent another motor and board, it lasted a few months and we need another motor again. It is stopping during walking and extremely loud. Please don’t waste your money and time into this treadmill. If you actually enjoy walking and or running, I would recommend to invest into a better machine.

Not the best for tall or larger humans

Both my husband and I are tall and larger, (200LBS 5’10 and 290 LBS 6’1”) and we would have to lean and hold onto areas that you should not hold onto due to how short the rails are on it and due to the fact that if you stand up straight on it, it speeds up. We ended up getting the Horizon t101 I believe, it is 1000% better and I recommend it if you are tall or large!

Dont waste your money

Turn it off and then back on and it would last about 5-10 minutes. Makes it very frustrating when it just decides to quit mid workout. It kept getting progressively worse until it got to the point it only ran about 2 minutes and quit. We are done with it and have a NordicTrac on the way.

Waste of Money

This is my second Proform treadmill since 2022. I’ve owned this one for 7 months and it hasn’t worked for the last two months. Proform/Icon just gives me the run around, and the Best Buy extended warranty I bought wouldn’t get involved because it’s covered under Proform still. Worst purchase I’ve made this year!

Absolute garbage the worst customer service ever

They finally sent a new motor and circuit board and the problem happened again after three days it took another two weeks to get in touch with them and another two weeks for them to send somebody out. They changed the motor and circuit board again and it’s doing the same thing. I want my money back, but it is so difficult to just get in touch with anyone stay away look for another treadmill. It’s not worth it!

Highly disappointed

I just got this treadmill at the end of January. I started using it on Monday, yes Monday that just passed. I used it again yesterday and went to use it today and it’s not working! I was on hold with customer service for 1hr and transferred 5times just to hear that the geek squad closed an hour ago!

Avoid buying

I gave up and decided to cancel any further service. They simply don’t care or seem interested in fixing my equipment.

Limited return window on faulty equipment

And has to be reset. Literally got it 3 months ago and now it’s useless junk that I’m stuck with. The return time is so limited because Best Buy knows it’s junk. Not happy at all
