I purchased this treadmill to replace my Soul treadmill that gave up the ghost after 7 years. I love the treadmill, however streaming the iFit programs on my iPad left a lot to be desired.

I've been using the ProForm Carbon TLX Treadmill, and it's been a positive experience so far. It feels sturdy and well-made. Bringing it into the house was a bit of a task due to its weight, but once assembled, it's surprisingly easy to move around, and its weight seems to help keep it stable. The quality of the treadmill is good, and I was impressed with the tools provided for assembly – they were actually decent and not the usual flimsy ones. Assembling it took some time, but the instructions were clear overall. One tricky part was fitting the rod to hold the treadmill upright, requiring assistance from another person. Also, a small detail missed in the instructions was a tab piece for the cable at the bottom – had to pull the cable out before adding that piece. In terms of performance, the treadmill has been reliable. It runs smoothly, and the incline function works well. The only issue I noticed is at really slow speeds, around 1 mph, it seems to struggle a bit with each step, but this isn't a problem at higher speeds. The treadmill is user-friendly, and the console is straightforward. We did encounter a couple of hiccups – initially, turning it on was a bit confusing as it required an iFit account (which we have). It didn't recognize the new equipment until we downloaded the app. Also, figuring out the Bluetooth connection was a bit puzzling, especially when my wife is connected on her phone – sometimes, I couldn't use just the console unless her phone was nearby. It might just be us getting used to it. Overall, it's been a welcomed addition to our home gym. We're content with its performance, and it accommodates the workouts we do. The built-in fan is a nice touch and adds to the overall comfort. I received this treadmill at a discount in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

Glad to get a very basic treadmill that doesn't have a big tablet trying to sell you a subscription. It is perfect has a great tread length and fairly easy to set up although you will need two people.

At lower speeds, specifically 1.0 - 2.5 mph, the belt exhibited lag, potentially impacting users engaged in rehab or seeking a gentler pace. On the flip side, speeds exceeding 2.5 mph functioned smoothly. A noteworthy detail: when connected to your phone, the treadmill requires the app to be open for functionality. We have loved our treadmill thus far; however, the stopping it abrupt and the start takes a while to gain speed.

It is well built and looks good. So far there have been no problems. It was fairly easy to put together

Twice was scheduled for delivery. Made arrangements to have someone waiting for hours only to be cancelled twice! Had to pay to men to go to the local store to pick up and bring upstairs. Was told their trucks were broken down and could not fit on the one operational truck.

I love the treadmill, however, delivery and installation were less than desirable. Customer service from Best Buy was also less than desirable. When it was set up, it was not leveled and I have complained about this several times through reviews and phone calls. On 9-11-24, I called and after being transferred 3 times, I finally talked with Leo at 8:30AM. I explained that I wanted this treadmill leveled because it was rocking and rolling. He told me he would ball me back in 2 1/2 hours with an appointment for someone to come out and level it. Now a month later, I haven't heard from Leo or anyone else from Best Buy. I have been hung up on when I call. I would have to look long and hard before I order anything from Best Buy again.
