I love the treadmill, however, delivery and installation were less than desirable. Customer service from Best Buy was also less than desirable. When it was set up, it was not leveled and I have complained about this several times through reviews and phone calls. On 9-11-24, I called and after being transferred 3 times, I finally talked with Leo at 8:30AM. I explained that I wanted this treadmill leveled because it was rocking and rolling. He told me he would ball me back in 2 1/2 hours with an appointment for someone to come out and level it. Now a month later, I haven't heard from Leo or anyone else from Best Buy. I have been hung up on when I call. I would have to look long and hard before I order anything from Best Buy again.

Twice was scheduled for delivery. Made arrangements to have someone waiting for hours only to be cancelled twice! Had to pay to men to go to the local store to pick up and bring upstairs. Was told their trucks were broken down and could not fit on the one operational truck.

On the flip side, speeds exceeding 2.5 mph functioned smoothly. A noteworthy detail: when connected to your phone, the treadmill requires the app to be open for functionality. The assembly was easy until the step to install the storage latch. It is already fully extended, and too long to install below the belt. I spent one hour trying to figure out how to install to no avail. Will return it if I still cannot install it tomorrow.

Nice Treadmill but missing bolts on treadmill due to bad QA. I had to reach out to manufacturer to be sent out the missing parts. will take about a week to get them in,

The set up process was pretty straight forward and simple for the most part. It was way easier and quicker with 2 people for sure. I like how the belts starts and stops smoothly and is smooth to run on. I have also really enjoyed having the option of increasing the speed or incline a little at a time with the arrow buttons or you can pick a number and it will get there faster. I haven’t used the fan since it's winter but it’s a great little feature to be able to use during the summer. I think I will enjoy I really like the iFit trial! I’m so used to running without the videos and scenery but it’s fun to mix it up and adds a lot to the run. I enjoy seeing how my pace is ranked and try to improve so it help me push on my runs. Overall, I'd say I'm very satisfied with this treadmill and would highly recommend to anyone. This is an incentivized review.

Cant listen to my music from my phone. You need two peoplw to set it up

The treadmill was delivered and I paid for the set up. It doesnt work at all and Ivan (the one that assembled it) left and told my daughter to read the instructions. It doesnt even turn on!!!

The transitions in speed are seamless, notably during interval runs thanks to the addition of multiple speed select buttons from 1-12 mph, no more futzing with a speed selector switch or holding down a single button. The grade adjustment also has the same individual selection buttons for grades 0-12% incline. Its easy single-person mobility makes it a versatile addition to various spaces, offering convenience in home setups. Although the setup process took some time, the end result proved to be worth every moment. I haven't experimented a whole lot with iFIT but its was easy to connect the treadmill to my phone with Bluetooth. I received the product at a reduced rate for an unbiased opinion. For fellow avid runners looking for a treadmill that matches their pace and offers easy mobility, this product is a standout choice.

Great treadmill. Assembly took some time, but was straightforward. It feels sturdy, is fairly quiet, and the incline feature is awesome. The hydraulic storage function is really impressive and secure. Highly reccommend!

I am very happy with this treadmill so far. I really am happy with the low impact when running, this has been better than I expected. The controls are simple and great for making quick adjustments to the speed and incline. I like that I can select a specific level quickly or adjust with a +- option as needed. I have used the fan a few times and really like this extra feature as well. I have tried the IFIT workouts a few times and they are really great but it does require an added membership so not necessary. Assembly did take maybe 1 1/2hrs but it wasn't hard. All of the tools and parts were included and they were labeled with directions and the numbers for each part when it was needed. The fold up option to save space is also a great feature and very easy to use. *I was given this device at a reduced price in exchange for my honest feedback

This has been a solid treadmill so far for me. You can tell it is pretty well built. The setup process is pretty chill and easy to follow, I like the tools they provide as they seem solid and less cheaply made than others. Once it is up and running, it is a nice little machine. I like how quite this treadmill is compared to others I've owned. And it has been super simple to use. The cushioning feels pretty good as well for this price point. I've used Ifit before and it's pretty fun to use the trainers in different countries, but I don't know that it's something I would pay for. So that's my only gripe is they want you to use that product, which is understandable, just not for me. Everything else about the treadmill seems pretty good though. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I'm really happy with this treadmill so far. Putting it together wasn't too bad, but some parts are pretty heavy, so having someone help is a good idea. It's super sturdy, and I'm a big guy at 6'4" and 270lbs – no complaints about its build and smooth operation. The only thing is, the hand-holds are a tad low for me. It doesn't mess with my workout, but taller folks might want to keep that in mind. Overall, I'd totally recommend this treadmill to anyone.

So far I’m loving my new treadmill. This has meet all my expectations and just what I needed to start my sprint training. This machine is well built and heavy to assemble but once you have it assembled it is very sturdy. There is very little noise when running and I can easily listen to music while running unlike my previous treadmill. The only thing I didn’t like was having to pair with the ifit app. This is an incentivized review.
