good first (I dont hate Proform): smooth belt, tablet, motor, basic treadmill functions of speed, incline/decline works well. wifi. bad: 1. iFit is joke, i tested with 3.5 mph and screen does NOT move smooth at all. 2. at this price, no BLUTOOTH !!! 3. no USB port ! 4. poor build quality : came with one nut missing on console support. poor quality: see the plastic at the bottom (front) is very thin and will definitely break if someone put their foot on it by mistake. It is already cracked. i registered the product, they say it extend warranty by 90 days. will Profom replace this plastic cover and send extra nut? I bough this coz i have had a Proform for 10 years, still runs fine !! secondly this was on sale for very much less then current price. Thank you. RJ

I completely love this treadmill. It’s exactly what I need. Incline works flawlessly. You will need extra pair of hands to assemble. It took my husband and I about an hour 1/2 to put together. The way proform packages is out of this world. Completely eliminating any possible damages, we were blown away.

The build quality could be a little bit better with less plastic. The HRM doesn't work but customer service seems to be very good. I don't use the built in HRM so it doesn't bother me. The fans are very loud and not very useful but again, I don't use them. The large display and Ifit training are the true selling points. I absolutely love the display and ifit! Most machines that are much more expensive don't come close to this machine as far as the touch screen display goes. The display and ifit programs make up for everything it lacks! I use the ifit programs everyday and look forward to it! It is my favorite part of my day now.

Overall nice product however assemble took 6 hours to me. instructions are little bit of confusing. Step 9 : " Remove and discard the two indicated screws (G). Then, remove the Pulse Crossbar (75)" assemble says remove two screens G from the cross bar however you need to remove 4 screw otherwise you will break the cross bar in the process.. Step 14 : screws are not fitting and i need to get different size screws and then fix the handles. which is frustrating as that is the final step where i need to figure out what screw size will fit. Overall device works as expected no complains on the performance yet.

Hello, I'm sorry it took so long for you to assemble this product. I have sent your comments to our manuals department to have them double check the steps and to make sure the factories have the latest instructions. I hope you enjoy your new treadmill! Thanks for your comments! ....... later.....As a follow-up we checked with the factory and a worker must have added the extra two screws. It is not suppose to have four screws in it. Good luck to you in reaching your fitness goals!

This is a pretty decent treadmill with a couple of bells and whistles. In addition to adjusting its speed, you can also adjust the incline. It comes with a somewhat mediocre built-in fan. However, it also has a built in screen that you use to control the speed, incline, etc. The screen also shows you various settings for pre-programmed runs that follow actual routes around the world, whether it's on the Seine in Paris, or the mountainside in Chile.

I have only had this treadmill for one month, but so far I am truly enjoying it. This is not a massive treadmill, medium size but not exactly compact size. It does fold up when not in use. It is quieter than my previous one. The touch screen is amazing and the free one year of iFit is such a wonderful bonus!

As stated above I have had this machine(treadmill), for less than a month. Quality of machine seems to be good so far. I thought the iFit app would be helpful for workouts, but found I don’t really care for it. Says that it has Bluetooth capabilities but it has yet come up as a machine that I can sync my phone to. Also , I have yet to figure out how the music works on it. I have AirPods so it hasn’t been a big deal. And there are no preset workouts like the machines you use at the gym. When you select manual workout, it’s manual as you need to make your own settings.

It is a good treadmill that has already seen a lot of use in this month. The iFit is really great, but you may have problems with using it. I find I need to turn off the treadmill at night and restart it in the morning. Doing that will prevent a freezeup of the program. The treadmill operation is not affected.

It's okay. I purchased this model because it was one of the few available. It's pretty loud and after a week it started making a louder ringing noise, Anyways I kept it because I really needed to workout. Its pretty small and narrow too BTW.

I love the 1 yr ifit that comes with the machine. Great wkot programs that keep you motivated. Average size machine, it’s not a beast that will take up 1/4 of your room. Not noisy to me at all. I only wish the incline was a bit more but 10% is fine. The IFit may be a bit challenging at first but just take it slow and you’ll be online in no time. I love it!

I've used it an average of once every couple of days for almost two weeks now, and have very pleased with it. It seems pretty durable and doesn't shake too much when 230 lbs start galloping on it; nor is it very loud. The software is intuitive and it wasn't difficult to assemble. The only thing I could say I don't like very much is that the max incline is 10 degrees-almost all treadmills at the gym have a max 15 degree incline.

Bought this on sale $499 on black friday as a christmas present for my son. Unfortunately the treadmill came incomplete(missing plastic rail coverings). I emailed the customer support on 12/27 and have yet to receive a response on getting the missing parts. Two people are needed to assemble it and it is near impossible to move by oneself once assembled. Have not powered it up yet, want it to be complete before using so can’t say much on that aspect. It took a couple of hours to assemble and does feel very sturdy. One last thing is you get a free extra 90 day warranty extension if you register the product within the first 30 days of purchasing, which my son was unable to get because he opened it after christmas. So my advice would be open the box when you buy it and double check to make sure all pieces are there and register the product within 30 days for free warranty extension.
