    Great Bike

So far I’m enjoying my new stationary bike. Assembly definitely takes at least two people and a couple of hours. I really like the iFit app. It has a lot of different courses at different levels. The only cons is that the seat is really uncomfortable and my hands hurt from the handle bars. I just ordered a gel cushion seat cover and cycling gloves from Amazon. I had one injury stepping off the bike. Be careful when you step off! I didn’t move my leg and the pedal spun around and scrapped the top of my foot really bad. So painful because the pedal is medal and not smooth so it’s scrapped kind of deep. I was wearing sneakers but included a pic from the next day after hurting myself. User error for sure but I was exhausted and not thinking. Other than that, I’m glad with my purchase. Almost forgot, the weights are included with this model.

We are thrilled to see such a positive review and hope you are still enjoying your bike to the fullest. In addition, we hope the gel bike seat cover and gloves were helpful to make your experience more comfortable.

We are so sorry the pedal scraped your leg and hope it wasn't too painful. However, the bike pedals are very heavy-duty and grip your shoe nicely but can scrape exposed skin.

Nice bike and fits well in my basement. The only 2 downfalls of this bike is that the seat is VERY uncomfortable and the display does not work properly. The display will come on and also show a background for sleep/standby mode, but will not display anything else (just a blank white screen).

This is my first exercise bike. Here are some points that I think make this bike so good: 1. it was very easy to assemble. The wires were the only slightly difficult part. However, they include "guide wires" that you use to pull them through the various pieces making it as easy as it could probably be. 2. the bike is easy to move due to the wheels. 3. the resistance can get very tough so it should accommodate a high range of abilities 4. the seat isn't comfortable, but it's adjustable. I'll try adjusting the seat before I decide if I need a replacement seat. 5. build quality is great 6. the main reason I got it: the screen with iFit. This just blows me away, just how good the iFit system is. It's actually fun and interesting, going on bike rides with trainers and having the bike automatically adjust itself based on the difficulty of the ride. Amazing! This is the exact kind of system I wanted when I started looking for bikes. If you're in the market and this is the right price point, and you want to ride with a trainer, this is probably your best bet. Also, some reviews mentioned resistance not working, that might have been an issue a while ago, but i don't think it is today. A few rides I've done, it's worked perfectly. I did a mountain bike ride and when we started going uphill, I felt it, it went from resistance 7 to 9. It also will do resistance based on your experience level. Seriously, this is so cool!

I bought this stationary bike as a Christmas gift for my fiancé , who loves cycling but can't always go outside due to the weather. She was thrilled when she saw it and couldn't wait to try it out. She says it's very comfortable, sturdy, and easy to use. She likes the different resistance levels and the LCD monitor that tracks her speed, distance, time, and calories. He also enjoys listening to the trainers on the I fit app or watching the view from the many locations gather in one place for her to chose while she pedals away. She says it's a great way to stay fit and have fun at the same time. I'm very happy with this purchase and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stationary bike. It was easy to assemble, it doesn't take up much space, and it's very quiet. It's a great value for the money and a wonderful gift for any cycling enthusiast.

I really am happy with this bike. Great quality, quiet, and easy to assemble. Great value with 1 yr free of ifit, and considerably better than the pelaton bike, price, and membership. Love the outdoor rides. The digital resistance and trainer led resistance is amazing. Just wish there was a easy/average/difficult setting for that functionality.

Excellent bike, have ridden others and this easily compares with more expensive brands. Super smooth ride, extremely quiet, touch screen is nice, works well. Very solid, sturdy bike. Would have given it 5 stars, but only two minor complaints, would be nice if bike had on/off button instead of having to plug and unplug each time and the seat, thinking Pro Form could have spent a few more $ on a better seat. Let's just say if you don't have your own built-in cushioning on your rear, you'll probably want to get a better seat. All in all, it was well worth the money spent. I've had about 10 days and have ridden 9 out of 10. I love this bike. The free 1yr of iFit is also a huge perk, and unlike the other brands, iFit is considerably less expensive if you want to keep the subscription ngoing after the free year is up.

Let me start off by saying while the bike is lacking in features, you will not find a bike with a cadence/rpm display and electronic magnetic resistance at this price point. If you are looking for a bike to use with another app and want a simple solution this bike will fit the bill. I weigh 250 lbs and am 6’1” tall and this bike was stable for me despite what I’ve read elsewhere. I wish the handlebar would come up one more notch, but my posture seems to be what most have in spin classes. This bike seems to lacking in basic features, I assume this is to keep the more expensive Nordic-Trak/Tour De France in line with the price point. Biggest missing “feature” is no Bluetooth audio. You must use headphones with a 3.5 jack which isn’t very comfortable while on the bike, let alone when you have iFit workouts where you get off the bike and do floor exercises. There is also no power switch, the manual states to unplug the unit when not in use, I ended up buying a cheap power strip to act as a switch instead of wearing out the plug on the wall or the back of the bike. Also there are no stops on the height adjustments, the first time I went to adjust the handlebars I pulled it clean out of the frame. No damage was done but it was unexpected. There is no ledge to set anything on either, I hope this is just a design choice/oversight and not a way to try to keep you locked into the iFit service. I have two large issues with the bike. First the cords in the back of the display are terrible, they look like S-Video plugs and there are no markings to assist with lining them up which made this step of the assembly the longest. They also do not “click” or secure once plugged in. I found this out when I turned the monitor to do a floor workout and one of them came unplugged powering the unit off. Second as much as iFit touts itself as alternative to Echelon/Peleton, I don’t think it is. When looking into which bike to purchase I wanted to compare the classes that all three offer, but all three keep their actual class structure and offerings obfuscated until you join. If iFit has live streaming classes at any point I have yet to find them, despite them advertising so. I assume they add new rides/classes but again I couldn’t tell you how many are added each month, if any. This is fine for my free 1-yr trial, but it is not worth the same monthly price as the Peleton app which has scheduled live streams and a library that grows daily. One thing that Proform/iFit did do right is there are a handful of workouts built into the bike, which Peleton does not offer from what I understand. The Best Buy guys who did my delivery were on time and courteous, other than the issue with the display noted above assembly was easy.

Love this bike, bought it back in April. It was easy to put together and set up. It tracks your miles and times. I even downloaded the iFIT app and biked around the world. Only thing is with this bike and i assume other stationary bikes, the seat cushion needs an upgrade.

I am loving this bike & the iFit app. Just got delivered yesterday & it’s everything I was hoping it would be. As other reviews have noted, the seat is completely unbearable. My fiancé unhelpfully explained that it would get better with use & that it was purposely designed that way to keep your legs moving parallel. I couldn’t even manage 5 minutes. A padded seat cover & padded bicycle shorts was an easy solution. I had both on hand after reading the reviews. Other than the seat, I’ve had no issues & it is basically soundless. I’m not having any issues with the resistance that other reviewers have mentioned, it seems to work pretty seamlessly for me.

Bike is good. Doesn’t take up a lot of space. Love the I-fit app. Really helps with motivation. Initially hard to pedal even on the lowest resistance. Had to call Geek Swuad to assist with the adjustments. A great alternative to expensive Peleton.

I can not stand this bike. In the first 6 months the charging port broke, they sent me the piece to replace. I was using it for about another month and then the screen stopped turning on. They sent me the cords to replace but still doesn't work. So no I will have to pay the huge fee for someone to come over and fix it, which is ridiculous since the bike is not that old. iFit has great classes to follow but besides that the seat is uncomfortable and the resistance is way too heavy. The bike is definitely heavy when pushing around to move around in the room.

I just got this bike and have been on it every day. The bike seat is uncomfortable and very hard. After the first ride, as expected, it was shockingly painful to sit on the bike again last year. I've ordered a padded seat cushion to put overtop of the original seat to see if that helps; if not, I'll order a replacement seat. The pedals are the 'cages' which are fine, but I also might change those to the clip-in kind as seen on Peloton and other bikes. I did get a year of iFit and I did have to provide a card for auto-renewal. My husband uses this more than I do as I have access to the Peloton app and prefer that to the iFit app. I use the manual ride when I use the other app; down side is it doesn't measure my cadence so I might be buying an external device to track my cadence with my preferred app. My screen doesn't fit on the mount, that's my biggest issue at the moment, so it's just resting on the handle bars. I've contacted ProForm and they are engaging with me slowly. To my husband, it looks like whoever welded the screen mount together flipped the part so it doesn't connect. The pre-drilled holes don't line up. Once this is resolved, the bike will be set up as it should be. I've really enjoyed it for the short time I've had it. It's a little pricy if you're looking to try a stationary spin bike for the first time. So things to think about: Price Seat comfort (as it's very uncomfortable) Possibly clip-in pedals if you don't like the cage External device to measure cadence if you're not using iFit

I researched stationary bikes for quite some time. I was leary about ordering one on line as I couldn’t try it out first. Easy to put together and sturdy. Has some basic programs with it but I joined the I Fit and it has many types of programs to exercise with. The only thing is, the seat on it is very uncomfortable. I replaced it with a more comfortable seat.

Overall a very good bike. Bought a year ago and over COVID it was great to have. The setup was a bit of a pain, but manageable. The bike seat was unbearable, had to switch it out. Overall the bike is sturdy, but some of the parts feel a bit cheep. The classes are expensive after the trial ends, but overall you get a lot of value out of this bike with the free one year trial to ifit. Not the same quality as the Peleton, but well worth it. I would totally buy again.
