Everything with this treadmill so far we love. Its quiet and provides all the features we were looking for, after reading negative reviews we did not activate iFit and will consider it more before joining. Assembly was easy, we took our time so it took about 3hr +. The treadmill this one is replacing was a Pro-Form and had it many years, hoping for the same long service from this one.

This treadmill ROCKS and was such a good value. I use it almost every day either walking up hill or running. The controls are easy, theres places to put stuff (I rest my iPad directly on the face where the speed controls are vs in the holder like in the picture). I would 100% buy this again

Gave it a four star because I had to sign up for IFIT with a credit card to activate the treadmill. Tried calling multiple numbers to avoid this but could never get through.

I bought this with pretty good deal from Best Buy. After ordering it turned out that there is a supply issue but I called and got the inventory update few times.Finally it delivered. Tool sometime but I am pleased to get this with a great deal. I am enjoying with this product.

Great treadmill for the money. I didn't like that I had to sign up for iFit, but will cancel after a month. Long belt to walk on and it took 2 of us 2 hours to set up. Nice shocks and feels good to walk on. The incline is sweet and goes up to a nice percent. Very pleased.

A good treadmill, especially through the lockdown. It does take some messing around to make it work without signing up online to use it.

I got this during Black Friday for a very good price. Overall the treadmill works fine. Heart rate monitor never worked. I called the ProForm technical service and they sent me a new part to replace, which I did with a lot of effort and it didn't fix the issue. A technician came to my house, opened the controls area and couldn't find the any issue. He was calling back his office to communicate the outcome and suddenly the heart rate monitor was working again. The next day, I reconnected the treadmill to my tablet to use iFit and the heart rate monitor was not working again. It's been like this for a couple months now. I already contacted their technical service but I believe they are closed due to the coronavirus. The iFit app is pretty nice, with awesome work-outs, especially running on beautiful places. But the app itself is very slow on my tablet. The Android version for smartphone is a little faster but it doesn show many features.

when its was delivered to us, the right bottle holder is broken. we called them and report it. they promise to send in the replacement but its been more than a month since, and still we receive nothing. good thing is that its not a part that when its broken, the machine wont work. sometimes it is noisy like something is banging beneath it.

We had to replace a nordic track that stopped working so we chose the ProForm and are very happy with the purchase. The machine is is user friendly so it meets the needs of the users in their 20's as well as my husband and I in our 50's!
