This is very heavy and was difficult for my carpenter husband to put together solo. To bypass the IFIT subscription, hold done the ifit button for about 15 seconds! I chose this one due to the fan option and am glad I did. However. The belt width is small and the length feels too long so I would have gotten the next model up with the wider belt if I saw it in person. Easy features and simple to use. There is a small bolt that holds the treadmill up in place but does not seem very sturdy and over time might bust off . This is an overall good treadmill for the price.

I love it but unfortunately to use it you need to make an account it the ifit app and you do need to pay a monthly subscription, but you can bypass it and you don’t need to pay every month just to activate the smart treadmill, also I was missing parts and even after they sent me the missing parts, they did not send me other of half of the part I needed, overall once you bypass it, you can use it like any regular treadmill. The left handrail in the photo is what was missing, and even after they send me the missing parts they still did not send the bottom part of the hand rail.

Great treadmill! I run pretty much every day and so far i am really enjoying this treadmill. It is very smooth and quiet! Happy with this purchase!

Works great, I haven’t even connected to Ifit and it started just fine. Incline works good and the machine goes up to 10mph

Spouse and I were looking for a good treadmill. Luckily we found this one at Bestbuy at a good price. So far so good haven’t had any issues with it. Would recommend if anyone is looking for a good treadmill to start off working out from home.

Great treadmill. Just like the ones at the gym. The person I bought it for was thrilled!

Didn’t know that It has to be activated from iFit website before first use. It gives us 30 Days Trial then we have to choose the plan so It will automatically charge us after 30 days. Imagine if It runs for 10 years then I have to pay $15x120 months = $1800 out of my pocket to run the treadmill. What if I’m not using it for a month or 2. It will charge me still $15/month. So I’m thinking this will cost me fortune if I’m keeping this… That’s why I will definitely return this treadmill.

FYI. Didn't sign up for IFit. Just held down the IFit button for 20 seconds and it came on. There's also directions at bilt.com on how to put it together. Very helpful. I love it! Just what I needed to walk. Didn't need all the bells and whistles. Speakers aren't very loud but I'll just buy a Bluetooth speaker or turn up Alexa for music. Great value for a sturdy treadmill.

Solid treadmill. The app connectivity is a nice feature and the machine wasnt too difficult to assemble. My only complaint is that the fan went out after 8 months. Tried contacting customer service and all I get in return is automated emails and no help.

I've always liked Pro Form treadmills. This is a nice treadmill. Not too loud. Smooth track. Fits in tight spaces. You can still use it without IFit even though some features may not work. Overall pleased with the purchase.

Using it for a week and I like the treadmill so far. However I could not attach the storage latch and handrail covers as the screws don't go all the way in. Sent email twice with pictures and did not get any reply. Opened support ticket twice and all I got back from them were links to installation videos. Videos did not help with tightening the screws any further.

Have not used it but the wife has and she loves it. Took her some time to put together but said it wasn't too bad

Absolutely the worst treadmill. I have had service after service issue since purchase and delivery and to add to my angst Best Buy total protection does absolutely nothing to help. Delivery team assembled this incorrectly, missed three delivery repair windows, then after finally “assembling” it still is not setup properly with defects. Best Buy will not fix or help. Leaks oil, arms do not stay attached. Terrible purchase on my part and Best Buy does not stand behind what they sell.

I am sad and happy at same stime 1rst is not same as the picture on the bottom area picture show something diferent 2 second make sure you have a total tech support mine came with electric issues and will be replaced for other one is heavy and strong wood platform i qas thing will be metal platform. I wish to say all details bit by bit. Is strong engine 2.6 fast just press bottom ifit and hold it for 30 sec and you no need to register easy to use .

Perfect addition to my home gym. You DO NOT need to sign up for iFIT in order to use treadmill. Works totally fine w/o it!
