This movie is a must see for any fan of the Alien franchise. Great performances by all and a cool glimpse at the history of the creatures introduced in the first Alien.

The Good: -There have been various opinions about the special effects. Personally, I thought the visuals and soundtrack were awesome. They definitely made me favorably disposed towards this film. -Michael Fassbender is spellbinding. The Bad: The main problem with the entire film is that nobody (other than Michael Fassbender) has any plausible motivation for the majority of their behavior. As a result the entire movie is basically just an exercise in convenience, much like your modern B-movie horror flick.

this is probably the best shot sci-fi movie ever - the scenic quality is breath taking. Very interesting story line for fans of the Alien movies. Very impressive. I never tire of watching this.

Excellent 4k transfer quality, completes my trio of 40th annv. 4k ALIEN , now Prometheus on 4k and 4k Alien Covenant.

Starts out interesting, Carrys thru Middle of Movie, BUT Very Disappointing Ending !

Ridley Scott delivers stunning and beautiful visuals (as always) with a decent, sometimes convoluted, plot. It can be confusing to follow it as a prequel to Alien bc some elements point to a prequel while others don’t. If you like Alien and like the mysteriousness of it, then you don’t have to see this. If you like Sci-Fi and amazing Visuals and Effects, check it out.

Gives a great beginning to the awesome aliens/ predator series same feeling as watching the other series as well . can't wait for the next part of the journey!

Great movie. Standard movie packaging looks nice on the cover, and movie quality is great.

A lot of Alien fans don't consider this to be part of the franchise. Well it is, and I'm completely ok with that. I really liked this movie for what it is and it's also gorgeous to look at on Blu-Ray

Entertaining film and good HD transfer. I am one of those people, however, that has to pretend this is not related to the 'Alien' franchise to enjoy it fully.

if you are a fan of the Alien movies then your gonna love the title , Ridley Scott is one of the best directors in Hollywood and has made movie magic with his latest feature a must see for any sci-fi movie goer .

I really liked this movie. I am a big fan of the Alien movies and I would say this movies leaves a lot of questions to be answered, which mean there will be another one.

Picture looks real good on bluray. Lg led tv with lg player sounds good on home theater. I think the movie is a7 or 8 out of 10. That is very good. Cant wait for prometheus 2.

The start of the Alien franchise. Not everyone loves this film, but I enjoyed it. For the part compelling characters and an interesting fun story. I would call this more of an action film.

This movie in 4K is nice. The visual and audio especially on a 4K oled and Samsung Q90 soundbar is superb

This review is for the 3D version. The 3D effects are very good, almost as good as those in Gravity. The movie itself is very entertaining, a must for fans of Alien.

Prometheus is certainly a beautiful film. Massive set pieces amaze and the 3D is some of the best I've seen. The characters and story are lacking.

I can't wait for the sequel to come out! My husband wanted this movie and i wasnt expecting to like it at all, but i think i ended up enjoying it more than him. Great movie for supernatural movie buffs.
