Though panned at the time of release, it's much better second time around. Extraordinary imagery, interesting characters, great acting, and themes deeper than your typical superhero flick.

I enjoyed this prequel to the alien films because it adds to the greater aliens story and world. The 3d is well done and looks great on my home cinema.

This was a good movie overall. The acting was decent throughout but the movie had down time and got boring. Was kind of predictable at times but still enjoyable to watch overall.

This story ends with only half the story being told, but gives more insight to the story of Aliens. Graphics and all are good, hopefully the next installment is better

I really enjoyed this movie in the comfort of my own home, without having to spend the outrageous prices at the movie theater. Movie worked great and it's filled with hours of extras.

If you love the Alien movies and 4k UHD titles, you must buy this movie. This is a great intro into the story of Alien. The acting is great and of course the action is a complete thrill ride.

I already owned a copy of Prometheus but when I saw the 3D version of this movie for sale I had to buy it. I was not disappointed, it is some of the best scifi eye candy you can get.

I first saw this movie when it came out. Recently I decided to buy this in 3d and found a great price here on sale for father's day. The movie looks fantastic on a 4k tv in 3d using a 4k player.

I loved this movie. There are those that don't think it had enough of the Xenomorph back story, but it's a great stand alone movie providing some explanation from where the xenomorphs come from.

This is a must get movie. Great story and even better graphics. In 4K this movie is excellent. Unbelievable definition. A must have for any 4K collection.

This movie gives more of a beginning for the Alien series. It still leaves some questions hanging though. Hopefully the newest movie will help with that.

I'm doing this review of the benefits of having the movie rather than the content of the movie itself. This movie was found in a bargain bin and my wife loved the movie, so it was a quick and easy stocking stuffer. The lightweight (cheap) case is also helpful when we have racks of DVDs that weigh a bunch. As far as the movie goes, it was pretty. The Aliens Franchise kind of took a step too far and I don't know if it can recover from many of the ideas and thoughts brought up in this film.

Excellent 4k transfer quality, completes my trio of 40th annv. 4k ALIEN , now Prometheus on 4k and 4k Alien Covenant.

Amazing visuals in this movie. The cinematography is amazing. Love the concept of the movie, although the execution could have been better in some respects.

If you haven't seen the Alien movies, start with this! It's an awesome entry point into the world of Aliens. Love it love love it additional bonuses are great plus you get a digital copy.

i think ridley scott is off to a great start and it answers a bunch of questions I think many fans have had. but also creates new questions. cat wait to see what covenant will bring to the table.

Prometheus is supposedly the first in several prequels for Alien, which would be good since Prometheus' plot is a bit thin. On its own it's a good movie but not a great one.

This film had good 3-D visual effects, but was not one of Ridley Scott's better films. I was supposed to get a free movie ticket for Alien, but did not.
