I liked Prometheus a lot actually. Reminded me of the first Alien. People are only complaining because there were no xenomorphs and it was action based like Aliens. Only downside to this is you have to buy the 3d version to get the special features. 3D needs to die already.

As an introduction to the Alien series, this movie gave the background information the Riply series lacked, and showed who we are as much as it gave answers to where we can from. It was an awesome beginning and not as terrifying as I thought it would be.

Good movie, very Ridley Scott. Nice prequel to the Alien franchise. Can appeal to those who are not Alien aficionados (like my wife, who liked it and also liked the following movie too, Alien: Covenant).

I don't have a 3d blu ray player so I'll just have an extra disc but this one has a few more special features and better artwork. Not my favorite movie but I'm on an alien kick since the new movie is out.

Prometheus is a good movie. The only downside is it has a few scenes in the movie that are slow. There are a few things in the movie that conflict with the original story line. However, I still think this is mostly a great movie.

The box set has many great features and the blue ray has a great transfer of the movie. Had to buy 3-d copy to get the extra features, even though I can't use it. Wish it came just in regular blu-Ray. Otherwise, good set.

Many have never seen this film, but it's one of Scott's best. The story of how Man and Aliens began. The cinematic skills to create and film this are available to a chosen few, but Ridley Scott has the whole box.

We finally get to see the engineers from Alien and we are given some insight of what could have happened. The final cut makes the movie more confusing than it was intended, so you will have to watch it more than once. The deleted scenes explains more if you are interested.

Absolutely Fassbender and this movie! Have always loved the Alien franchise. This is a must own in 4K.

For Alien lovers, this is a great addition to the spectacular 4-film collection, Alien, Aliens, Alien 3, and Alien Resurrection. It's a great Science Fiction entertainment.

Prequel to Alien, and was nicely done. Also purchased Alien Covenant, which bridges the gap between Prometheus and Alien. Both nice additions to the Alien movies, but Covenant could have been better. I still purchased both during Black Friday.

This film answers questions about the origin of Android's in the alien series and why humans were sent out to explore that region of space. it also sets the stage for the next film in the prequels..

I didn't read anything about this movie at first and thought it's cool, little bored at some point but at the end it just blow me away. Now I wanted to watch its own sequel... Great story linker.

I think this is a movie that makes you pay attention so you can stay focused on what is going on. The acting was decent and the action and story line was good. We watch this pretty frequently and were glad to find it on BluRay.

I already own this movie but couldn't pass up the opportunity to get it in 3D especially at its price point. There are moments where thev3D really stands out but the majority of It kind of fell flat.

I loved the Alien series and went into this movie thinking it was a no miss. Wrong! The overall concept was good and it started off very well, but toward the middle, something went very wrong and it lost its way. The end was horrible. It got strange and then kind of silly. Why does it always seem like sci fi scientists are so intelligent when it comes to building space ships and androids, etc. but do the dumbest things when confronted with a problem? If you see a strange man lying in a tube, don't wake him up!

Order online to be picked up on curbside was ready within 30 min. Showed them my receipt and id get it then and there no problem. I like the movie so obviously I got digital code worked

While this movie was a good one, it was not a great one. Some people may have been expecting something close to the epic Alien features, but it fell short. Although if you watch this, you will still be satisfied by the end.

Great concept within the Alien franchise. Action scenes are contribute to the story well.

No problem with disc; sharp picture with excellent sound. As far as the movie, you either hate it for some of the stupid scenes, or you like it for it continuing the Alien story. Either way the Blu-ray disc is good.
