I thoroughly enjoyed this film when it was first released in theaters. There is definitely some great story in it that makes you think, though the characters are just a tad on the bland side.

An excellent beginning to the Alien series. Sets you up for a better understanding of the series. Suspenseful and action packed. Definitely recommend to anyone interested in the whole series. I will be purchasing the series.

I love this movie. I don't want to give anything away for those who haven't seen it yet but it definitely puts another movie into a different perspective (you'll know what I mean when you watch it)

This movie had all the building blocks to be fantastic but I felt fell short of excellent. It's worth watching but it's not top notch as it was expected to be.

It's a pre-qual to Alien and it's very well done. The movie tends to fall apart in some senses, they just tried to do to much, however, overall the graphics, the plot all are great. Amazing movie.

Possibly my favorite movie in the alien franchise. Suspenseful, beautifully shot film. Amazing in 4k! Must gave in your collection.

Purchased this DVD because I like Sci Fi. After crew landed on the planet, there were some twists and turns. But the strangest one was at the end. Won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it.

As the History channel would say, ALIENS! There is a great cast and enthralling soundtrack with a bonus helping of aliens. If you ever have watched any of the proceeding Alien movies, this is a good prequel for you.

"Not an Alien Prequel" Ridley Scott says..... ya right. i absolutely loved it however. Michael Fassbender is amazing in this film. love all the little references to the original Alien film as well.

Excellent blu ray with picture quality and sound. Looks excellent on my 4K OLED television! HIGHLY Recommended for anyone who is a fan of the Alien Franchise.

I know that so many people wanted this movie to be more along the lines of the Alien or Predator series, but the thought provoking questions and the fascinating "what if" scenarios in this movie are tons of fun for me.

If you have a OLED TV and good surround sound system. It's good movie to watch. Just not too sure about the store line. Might have to watch again to understand

Have been looking for this for a long time. Just stumbled upon it in BestBuy and I wasn't even looking for it at the time! Will have to spend a few hours in my local store and find all the movies I've been missing. Thanks.

Alien prequel. Not your typical Alien movie in a the sense that there is not a creature running around killing everyone the whole time. Sets that up nicely for the next film.

All the usual suspects, effects and story line. doesn't do much to further the franchise. Pretty good atmos effects do come through during the movie though.

I enjoyed this movie very much. The story is interesting and well acted. Not groundbreaking, but well done. The special effects, cinematography, and sound are all well executed.

Great movie. Kinda confused by if this is a prequel to Alien, then how did their technology go from being outta this world to being the old green and black screen computers.

This movie provides some old school 3D movie-ism...I like the fact that you can immerse yourself in this movie through 3D viewing and have a futuristic interpretation unlike a 2D flick.

Great movie if you go into it with the right expectations. Some nonsensical things occur (scientists please stop touching weird things without pause for concern!) but an overall nice foundation for the Aliens mythos.

Doesn't live up to the impossible standard set by Alien and Aliens, and characters suffer from typical dumb horror movie decisions but overall Prometheus is a decent movie.
