You can bring and watch your own movies while on vacation or travelling for other reasons. I love that it comes with an earphone jack so you won't disturb those around you while watching DVDs!

I don't want to mess with it for fear of damaging the unit, and it's a little distracting but the unit otherwise works well. Grammi will be happy to watch her videos without needing to mess with her TV now!
