Apple care protection is a god sent with my luck. I've had numerous problems with product life in the past and AppleCare solves that concern.

I never purchase computers, especially laptops, without some form of protection as you never know what will happen in the future. Peace of mind.

It is always a great idea to get coverage for your devices and this does that. 3 years is a long time and I know I'll be covered for that time.

It's always good to have applecare protection for a labtop. You never know what can happen and it's good to have it incase if anything happens

Since apple wont allow BB customers to purchase geek squad coverage on their products you don't have any other options. But worth the coverage

It was not an easy task to find someone who knew about insurance for the product that we purchased for my daughter. It was the Macbook Pro which she loves but was scared to use prior to insurance on the product. Glad we finally found someone who could help.

Since you've paid a good amount for your device it's worth it to get the protection. It's not that expensive and it gives you piece of mind

I have not used the protection plan yet, but I was recommended and if anything happens to the computer, charger or battery, you're covered!

I have bought the APP on every Mac I owned since 2007, and I always got more than what I paid. Repairs, unlimited support, all worth it.

you can't fix stupid, dumb you deal with but stupid is repaired by the plan.. relax, they take care of everything.. i mean everything..

Always been very pleased with apple customer service, but haven't had to use apple care for any of my apple products, which is awesome.

Have never needed the extra protection, but buy it just in case! Because this is coverage for a very portable computer that I will be using every day and taking it to work and school, I thought it was a good idea. Reasonably priced due to Best Buy specials.

I'm hoping I don't have to use it but if I do, I'm glad I paid the few extra hundred dollars to insure a several thousand dollar laptop!

I haven't had to use my warranty in any way thankfully, but it's a wonderful sense of security knowing that Apple support is behind me.

Other than not providing screen protection coverage it's a great warranty to make sure that you're covered if something does go wrong

I prefer to have Apple Care in case needed. My experience with the Genius Bar or call in support at Apple has always been top notch.

Great value and protection. Best Buy will cover any issues with this extra protection. Just bring it in and they will fix the problem.

I purchased the plan just in case something goes wrong with my new laptop. I haven't had problems with my desktop, but you never know!

I'm very happy that I purchased AppleCare for my MacBook. So if I come across any issues I have the coverage needed for my MacBook.
