Apple Care is Awesome!

The last MacBook Pro that I bought was very well taken care of and only had a couple small glitches in the 4 years that I owned it; however it was great to be able to take it in to the Apple Store and have it checked out if I ever had a concern. Apple always fixed the problem quickly and had my computer back to me in a couple of days at most.

Believer in AppleCare

The wait times are usually less than 10 minutes and I like the option of scheduling a call back for a time that works for me. On my most recent purchase of a MacBook Air, the AppleCare representative spent close to an hour helping me migrate files from my MacBook Pro and optimize my Pro in the process.
