There's no way I would buy any Apple product without buying Apple care for it. As an avid Apple product user I have used Apple care more times than I can count from simple questions to complicated fixes. So, I would highly recommend anyone who purchased an Apple product to also buy the AppleCare.

AppleCare is always worth the money. The technicians are very professional and always helpful. And they never laugh at you when you ask a "dumb" question. I didn't know where the power button on my MacBook Pro was. I asked and got a very gentle answer. AppleCare techs will walk you through anything.

I always back up electronics you never know. Had to use warranty once for apple and they came through. Happy with service!

After dropping 1000$ on laptop applescare is a must...feels good ..just protecting my investment. Haven't used it yet.

With our throw away society, I decided to get the warranty for my laptop. Hopefully I wont need it, but just in case.......

I haven't had to use the protection, and hopefully won't need to, but I would rather have it and not need it, than need it .

Apple care is always good to have when you buy a Macbook. The price is a little high for the protection but its worth it.

The Apple Care Plan is great! Only a one time fee and you're protected for years. You can send your computer to get fixed as many times as needed after you pay the one time fee for free. At the end of your Care Plan, you can also get your computer completely redone with new batteries, cords, etc.

I actually had to use it a month after I bought my MacBook Pro 13". Vertical and horizontal lines started showing. Took it to my nearest Apple Store where they sent it to DEPO to replace the whole screen. If it wasn't for the apple care, it would of cost me over $500. So just get it!

I'm always able to sleep much better when I purchase the extended warranty plan on certain products. This is no exception.

Don't usually purchase a warranty but I am switching from a PC to a Mac & I see this as a good resource based upon other reviews. I have already called a couple of times, tho not for emergencies, and the representative has offered constructive ideas and has resolved all my issues.

Never leave a store without Apple care. Have it on my iPhone 7, IPad and now laptop. Only had to use once on my iPhone 5 but ended up with a new phone replacement. It is well worth the cost even though Apple is a very reliable product. Accidents can happen and the coverage is great.

I was nervous about buying my MacBook at Best Buy and not the Apple Store because I didn't know if I would be able to get the apple care plan, but you can buy the apple care plan and you also get the geek squad at Best Buy, so you can go to either place and they will be able to help you.

Luckily I haven't had a need to use it but its still nice to know that I have protection for several years.

while many go with the generic insurance offered through other firms, apple care is by far the best being able to take it into the store and start the repair process unlike other firms that require a claim to be made authorized and then you can send it in to get it back 1-2 weeks later.

I cannot say enough good things about the Apple Care Protection. Not that I needed it often, but when I do, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have also learned so much about my MacBook Pro Laptop. This service is worth its weight in gold. Keep up the good work!

I love the fact that I can contact Apple Care or go direct to the Best Buy Geek Squad. I've had to deal with both, and the service has been excellent. The Geek Squad has always kept me posted, and delivered on schedule. I wouldn't buy a computer without this protection.

I bought this just in case u never know when things can happen in life so keeps u in mind free of worries

With daughter out of state for college the protection/care plan. Reduces worries if something should happen

Our Mac Book Air has not given us any trouble, so we have not had to use the Apple Care protection. Hopefully we will not have to, but it is very comforting to know we are protected if we do run in to problems with it. Apple products are Awesome. Highly recommended.
