    Haven't had to use this yet but have heard good things about Apple support. Again, felt it was pricey but based on the cost of the Mac Book I need this it last a long time and fully expect Apple to stand behind thier products.

    Great insurance option to protect your Apple product from unintentional damage. Only downside is they'll typically charge a $50 service fee on top of your Apple care to fix it
