I have not have any issues with this 3 year plan yet.

Bought product for a birthday present for a teenager.

Thought this purchase would help a college student.

Apple Care is useless. The only thing this protects is Apple. You're spending a decent chunk of money to just get stuff fixed that Apple messed up on when making the device in the first place. Dropped? Sorry can't help you. Spilled water? Apple will tell you you need to pay $800 to get a $1200 laptop fixed. This product is practically a scam in my opinion. Get a protection plan from a 3rd party as they will fix nearly anything for about the same price.

It doesn't protect spills or dropping anymore. It's expensive for the little amount that it protects. It doesn't protect the important things that could damage it!

Never had a reason to use it I'm not sure if it's necessary but if you think you're going to break the product in a short period of time then go for it

i was talked into getting this by a sales rep, and 100+ dollars later realized this is not something thats needed. Apple care for the mac doesnt protect against damage, it basically is a 24 hour hotline to call if you have questions about your computer. i havent needed to use it yet, google has helped with everything ive needed.

I purchased apple care for my daughter's computer but I haven't been able to use the services.

Was told by the salesman tha t I needed it and that it covered accidents like spills or drops. When I got home I read about it online and read the fine print. It covers mainly software issues...no accidental coverage. Luckily, my computer had to be ordered in so when I went to pick it up I was able to cancel Apple Care for the mac.

I haven't had to use my apple care because so far everything works

Unfortunately AppleCare doesn't cover accidental damage. AppleCare plus does, be sure to get the newer version.

This only covers manufacturing defect. Accidental damage or spills are not covered. Not worth the $$ since most issues are caused by damage or liquid and not defects.

Not an accidental plan, so basically unless you're completely computer illiterate, dont even bother. Total sham.

Disappointed that it did not cover what I was told it would. Had to buy another PC. Live and learn.

Apple would not cover lcd accidental coverage. I will never buy another Apple product

Without my knowledge, the warranty just got cancelled.

I don't like that it doesn't cover accidents and damage so therefore I think this is a rip off!

Only one star for now because I haven't installed it on any devices, so until then 1 star

I bought this new MacBook Pro in December as of yesterday it won't turn on! Not happy!
