Don't waste your money!

He has had a couple others and is good at handling a drone. He had it a few days short of a month and the left rear motor quit! I have tried to make contact with Best Buy to see if we had any recourse, but cannot reach them. I feel like this product is a waste of money and my grandson is highly disappointed. I feel someone should make this right.
