I received this as a gift. I was a little unsteady in my flight at first, but once I discovered the "fine-tune" buttons I was good to go. I'm able to hover this thing around the house easily. I'm also getting the hang of the built in tricks. I would not recommend this for a lot of outdoor activity especially if you live in a windy area. The copter is fairly small and gets carried away in small gusts. The instructions say that a full charge is good for 6 minutes of flight time. The document does not lie. Although a full charge only takes about an hour. You can have plenty of fun with this in a day, just in small doses.

The controls are manageable; however, the battery life on mine is 10 minutes max. For the price-point, there are much better competitors out there. SkyRover produces some non-quad copter twenty-dollar units that outperform the Manta in both control and battery life.

I really like this Quad-Copter. Very durable. The controls take a little time to learn, but within 10 min I was fine. Battery life is a little short, but still very usable. I get about 10 min of flight time.

Bought this for my 10 year old grandson only to find out that the controls are too involved for him. My 20 year old son has a hard time getting it to fly as well and you really need to be outdoors to use it.

Just want to make sure no one else sits there trying to figure out why it is not working. If you plug the helicopter in before you turn on the hand controller, it will not fly. You have to turn on the remote first before you plug it in, and off you go.

Quadcopter came out of the box with one of the props hitting the prop guard. This problem caused the rpms to drop for that rotor thus resulting into a catastrophic crash. The thing literally broke into about 10 pieces. Talked to the best buy manager and the manufacturer and neither will replace or refund it.

Love this thing. A side note turn the remote on first before plugging in the battery on the quadcopter. Gives you about 6 minutes of flight time. I want to see if I can change the battery out to get more time.

Followed directions Exactly still it never would fly In a stable manner. After many attempts to get it balanced out 2 of the 4 motors quit shortly after start up followed shortly after by the other 2. Poor quality save your money toward a better machine and save yourself the grief.

I got two of them and both would just fall out of the sky and disconect to the controller randomly or when m trying to do a flip or changing speed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

i would have never bought this item except it was an impulse buy and it is not worth it! i cannot recommend it!!! now it only fly's for a few seconds and falls out of the sky..............
