I never write reviews, so this must be one incredible product. All I can say is that my two boys have been through more helicopters than I can count, and they have broken more and cried over more than I can count. Generally, any flying toy is a frustrating mess and a parent's nightmare. This helicopter works very, very well. They could fly it, accurately - first try. it is stable and easily does exactly what you tell it to on the controller. I am very impressed. I can't believe I only paid $29.99 at Best Buy. It is worth much more.

Broke on a semi hard landing from 5 feet, Christmas present to my son, emailed Protocol for replacement parts, no reply, no landing gear parts sold, just rotors. VERY disappointing. $30.00 Air hogs have lasted 2 years.

I purchased this for my grandson. He had it three days. When he landed it on the roof of the house. I am sure this is what broken the tail piece. After 4 attempts to get someone at customer service. They finally email me to tell me that this is a non replaceable part. And if I want to send them 10 bucks and the helicopter they will look at it and determine if it was broken by the crash. It is 3 days old. What the heck!! They didn't offer me any other solution to fixing this or replacing it. I would not recommend this product because of the horrible customer service.

I recently retired this summer. Had plenty to do until recently when the weather got cold. I needed something to keep me out of trouble. I found this helecopter online at your web site and after reading all the reviews decided to purchase one. I am having a blast with it. Hopefully by this spring/summer I will be good enough to get one for outdoors.

i wish it had more color choices .but over all i crashed into wall s counter tops etc .and sit it right back up and take off again

I don't know who thought it was a good idea to put infrared on this thing over radio. Ever have a tv that was really picky about where you pointed the remote? Imagine that, except it's moving around the room, and when you don't have it pointed right it crashes. It seems like it's built well enough, but it's really unflyable because of this design flaw.

Great product. Works great and takes a beating and doesn't break.

My wife bought this for me for Christmas by my request. Today I can't use it since the helicopter won't take a charge. When I connect it to the controller to charge it the light goes immediately green, instead of red to indicate it is charging the helicopter. I only used the thing MAYBE once a week for one or two flights, since it flies for 7 minutes and then you have to wait for an hour for it to charge. It doesn't matter if I plug it in to my computer or the controller, no luck either way. Now I have a mantel piece that I can't fly. This was after the tail rotor broke and I had to superglue it back together. It's fun and easy to fly but don't buy it. I'm sorry she wasted the money on this thing.

This item is a excellent starter helicopter, and i really do like it. But it started dropping out of the sky on its own and at times will just take off in a direction you don't want. The big issue is the loosing power and falling to the floor. The manufacture really stinks when it comes to support. They take over three weeks to get back to you, and then don't even answer your question. In my case they told me to just land easier, and my original question was about it loosing power and falling during flight, and they still haven't gotten back to me after another 3 weesk

My son love his new helicopter. Now we are just waiting for the summer to come.

I got my helicopter in a Christmas gift exchange game. I first tried to fly this little chopper indoors the day after Christmas, and quickly realized that my marriage depended on learning to fly it outside first. So today I took it out to the front yard and fired it up. It skimmed along just above the ground for a few yards, and then it abruptly rose up into the air without any input from me. It rose higher and higher and took off over the roof of my house, still climbing. The last I saw it, it was headed west at mach schnell, about 100' off the ground and disappearing toward Colleyville - totally unresponsive to my controller. I now own a useless TigerJet 3 controller, and I have zero helicopter. Many bad words and a frown. Don't buy this toy for anyone who might actually enjoy learning to fly it.

I didn't find this item to be easy to fly. I am not great at flying but have bought many heli's before and the remote on this heli is hard to control. It also broke very quickly.

i saved money to buy this but then a day after i bought it, it broke - one gear broke and fell off :( DO NOT BUY !!!!
