Flew great (perfect) for a few times, then one small rough landing never the same again. Can no longer hover when control stick straight center and continues to drift backwards. Adjusting trim doesn't work as its only left/right not front/back. Compared to others purchased at Best Buy, the smaller Protocol flies a lot better, more stable and longer battery life. Priced high compared to others. If anyone knows a fix, would appreciate a reply. Would recommend to a friend, just don't crash it.

Cool toy. Bit to big for average house and durable enough to withstand high altitude crashes. Money well spent. Good for 42 bucks. Battery lasts a really long time.

I received this helicopter as a gift from my kids and I used this for about 6 months maybe 2 or 3 times a week. The battery at full charge never lasted very long in the first place, but now won't even store enough power to get the helicopter off of the ground for more than a few seconds. Then it just falls down on the floor.
Pretty crummy for a $75 helicopter.
And they don't even sell replacement batteries for this helicopter. So, now it's basically trash and I have to throw away $75. Not worth the price and very unreliable.

It's my 2nd helicopter from Protocol and unfortunately he doesn't work. The communication between remote control and helicopter interrupted immediatly. So it was impossible to fly. The batteries for the remote control were new and the helicopter battery was full charged.
What to do? Bring back to the store and buy another one but the same model. Hope it works now!
