Broke in one day
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my son who was so excited to fly it. Initially - it worked well and then - it didn't - one of the rotors stopped spinning. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Fun but flimsy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this drone on a whim, I have seen a couple in action and they seemed really fun. This one happened to be on sale so I bought it without doing any research, my fault. Out of the box it's very very cool, I like it's design and the overall feel of the controller. Unfortunately I returned it the following day.... Pros * Easy to fly, you will learn fast how to use this thing so expect a crash or 5. * Battery charges in less than 40 minutes where as other units take 2 hours! * Extra blades in case you break one during a crash, YOU WILL CRASH. Cons * Flimsy, feels very cheaply made. * The fact they call this little tiny thing that snaps in and barely stays connected a battery cover. * You have to twist and push the battery connectors and wires back into the unit to close the battery cover. I can see the wires become damaged over time from having to do this. * The battery cover is incredibly thin to the point the battery can fall out when you do 360 degree spins. * The legs are flimsy and made of thin plastic, be careful when you land it cause they can come undone. * The camera is potato quality in bright daylight, screen tearing during flight. * This can only be flown outside with 0 wind otherwise get ready to chase it. * The blade protectors are made from this very thin rubbery bendy plastic, did I mention it's flimsy? This part needs to be a little thicker in all honesty. * Hard to tell what direction it's facing in sunlight therefor you will make it go in the wrong direction. There are drones at the same price point if not cheaper that have a better camera (with sound), are easier to control, and are nowhere near as flimsy to the point you feel you're going to break it just by using it normally without crashing.

Works Great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Again I have been liking this model a lot and again haven't has any problems or issues with it I've only took it out once though so will see, but i have high expectations and i don't feel as if i will be let down or anything. If you don't have this model already it's worth the money

Small, flyable quadcopter
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this as a gift. It is a smaller quad than the others that I have seen. I think it is an easy quad to fly after 2-3 flights. Just like most quads, the battery life is only about 8-9 minutes. Definitely get some spare batteries because it takes about an hour per charge. The camera is not the best, but it works in daylight and takes OK video and pics. This is definitely a fun quad to play with.

Drone Cheaply made
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cheaply made. Purchase this drone for my 12-year-old son knowing it wasn't the best product out there. But still, when you're spending good Hardmoney you figure the product you buy will at least last seven days. Thoroughly disappointed

Not for a beginner
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was very difficult to fly and broke right away. It's not worth the price. I purchase one that was more expensive but it actually worked.

Meh....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My awesome wifey got me this for Xmas and loved it. Inspired me to upgrade actually. Ok Drone, but too small to be practical outside. Hard to control in general. Wind moves it easily. Controlling left would bank harder than right, etc. Spend a few extra $$ and get better.

Great little drone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's fast, and nimble. Responds great! Try one out! Battery is little so it's doesn't stay up for long. 10 mins max.

Fun little drone not for pros or enthusiasts
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased for my 8 year old son. He loves it and learned to control it in a few days. It's not the easiest or most intuitive drone to fly but it's fun. Allows for short bursts of fun. The only thing I'd change is the fly time. 10 minutes is too short considering I have to charge for a full hour. Which leads to a good thing about it is the charger does have a finished charging light so you know when it's done. Overall it's not a high quality drone but good for the money and fun. Just don't expect what you see in ads and shows. It's very limited battery life is what causes this not to be 5 star.

Poor Quality Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product to see if I would be interested in flying drones around to record video. Unfortunately, one of the motors broke within the first ten days of ownership. Before the motor stopped working, the drone was fairly fun. Battery life is super low, and the holder that secures the battery in place kept popping open mid flight. The video quality is pretty poor - and the memory card failed to recognize by the second or third time it was used. The card reader that is included was terrible - I had to physically pry the card out of the reader to put it back in the device.

Best value for money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just bought this last week. This is not my first drone from Protocol. I have 4 kids and they love drones and helicopters. So I became almost an expert. I tried several brands on the same price range and after I bought the first product from this company I think I will stick with them. This quadricopter is good assembled and I love the quality of the video. Plus, it's lightweight and I really enjoyed flying it. To me, best value for money.
