We bought the filter from best buy such a convenience, the water comes out so clear and with more pressure, the installation is super easy, we don't have to be buying bottle water anymore, this brand is good and we trust we are drinking good purified water, highly recomend it!

Our great-tasting water and ice are back. I should have done this a couple of months ago and have now created a reminder to do it quarterly. The replacement filter is easy to install...a twist, a pull, a push, and a turn.

Filter itself is good, does what it’s supposed to. The important part is that you get it from a trusted source like Best Buy. Avoid buying these online from places like Amazon or Best Buy because you run the risk of receiving a counterfeit filter.

This model and brand of refrigerator seems unique that the filter is only available in Bestbuy or hhgregg... to our goodness, bestbuy is close by and gives us points for this purchase. The product is a direct replacement and worked out well. The only catch is that after you fit the filter, you have to keep the water dispenser running for a few mins before the filter fills up and starts pushing water without bubbles - this was not clearly explained but I guess it is understood. Bestbuy also gave free shipping for this filter and it came quickly with was awesome! Thank you!

We looked at several stores that specialize in appliances and no one had this filter. We found at Best Buy for a good price and it was so easy to install. We are very satisfied with the product.

It had been a while since the filter had been changed in our fridge so decided to change it. Popped into best buy for a filter, easy to find and easy to change. Took less than 10 minutes. Water had better taste and more pressure. Ice was clearer. Over all piece of cake job.
