My water was starting to taste weird and my ice was cloudy looking. The previous filter just didn't do the job. Almost immediately after changing to this filter I could enjoy water again. I've used this brand before and I don't think I'll be trying any more off brand filters. This one seems to last much longer and do a much better job. Water tastes great again!

Our great-tasting water and ice are back. I should have done this a couple of months ago and have now created a reminder to do it quarterly. The replacement filter is easy to install...a twist, a pull, a push, and a turn.

We looked at several stores that specialize in appliances and no one had this filter. We found at Best Buy for a good price and it was so easy to install. We are very satisfied with the product.

This model and brand of refrigerator seems unique that the filter is only available in Bestbuy or hhgregg... to our goodness, bestbuy is close by and gives us points for this purchase. The product is a direct replacement and worked out well. The only catch is that after you fit the filter, you have to keep the water dispenser running for a few mins before the filter fills up and starts pushing water without bubbles - this was not clearly explained but I guess it is understood. Bestbuy also gave free shipping for this filter and it came quickly with was awesome! Thank you!
