    Was the wrong water filter replacement I could not return this item because I open the box but when I purchase the item was not told at the time of purchase. so I'm stuck with a water filter replacement that I can't use

    Replacement suppose to be 6 months, manufacturer warranty is for 15 days only! Replaced filter on April 28th, on may 28th water was dispensing at extremely low stream, tried to figure out what was wrong, did some search online, nothing seem to work. Replaced again on june 9th and water flow is normal, of course out of manufacturer and best buy return period.

This is based off the hardness of your water. Should you have hard water changing your filter would need to be about every 3 months.     Bought on 07/10/2020 to replace my WF3CB filter. Didn't work beyond 9 weeks. The water slowed to a trickle after 7 weeks. Then just few drops. The Refrigerator is new and used by adults and usage limited to at most a gallon a day. Website says - "Replace your water filter every 6 months or 200 gallons, whichever comes first." I had to order a new one from Amazon. Definitely not satisfied. My first ever review of a product online. Similar reviews found. Should have read into it before purchasing.

    this is the only version of this filter available but good for the price. says to run water on instructions but you should run double due to still having plastic taste if only run once.

    Use these filters all the time but this time the water is milky and is undrinkable. You can see the particulates and when tested the water after a 5 gallons of purging it still shows over 200 PPM while other filtered water and bottled water tests between 14 and 34 usually. This is bad. Will exchange and hope I just got a defective filter. You can see all the particles with the naked eye in the water.
