    The filter is easy to install and provides about 6 months of clean tasting water and ice. The price is a bit more than I'd like to pay but it is worth it every-time I see one of my grandchildren get a glass of water.

    I was very happy to learn that Best Buy stocks this water filter. I expected to have to order it from an online supplier and pay extra for shipping. OEM part. Easy to install.

    An essential part replacement for my truly mediocre refrigerator. Nice thing is Best Buy always has one of these filters on the shelves, so it's at least convenient to get my annual replacement. What can I say? It's a water filter. It seems to filter the water well, as nobody's perished. It's easy to change in my unit. Let's give it up for filtered water, thanks to this not inexpensive (although it's just come down in price significantly) filter.

    Our water filter needed replaced for our refridgerator, so we pulled the old one, brought it with us to Best Buy to discover they no longer have that model. Thankfully an employee did a cross check and found the right filter for our unit. We had it drop shipped a few days later and we are extremely happy with the new filter. It is a much faster flow over the old unit, which results in more ice produced and quicker glass refills from the door.

    When it comes to fridge filters - I bought offbrand one time and it leaked. No damage but made the decision to stay with the mfg branded filters. Price of filters is comparable between Amazon and Best Buy but Best Buy will price match.
