    I truly like the price, and convenience of this item being delivered on a regular basis to my front door, without my having to go to the store to have to make the purchase, or better yet, having to remember that the filter NEEDS to be changed. This DEFINITELY adds convenience to my life!!! It WORKS for ME!!!

    My fridge stopped dispensing water and I watched how to fix it from youtube and one of the soulution to it is to change the filter and I did it, i dont k ow how my old filter got frozen but ever since I changed it, it working perfectly...

    I purchased a new refridgerator, I never drank the water from the previous fridge. After my plumber was here and installed the new water line he said the water is the best! I was sceptical...having never doe that before. I am a regular water drinker from the fridge now and my dogs love the water too. Much easier then carrying water home from the store!

    these new filters are smart , ingenious and easy to install. however I replaced my last filter too soon. it was only 4 months old. next time I will make sure it needs to be placed by removing it from unit, turn upside down and place in dish rack . letting it sit over night. shake excess water out and replace in unit. if water dispenser returns to good pressure its fine. if it trickles out , its bad and need to be replaced.
