    Recently purchased a pre owned home and after being in my home a few days of drinking water from the fridge i noticed the filter was out dated. Poped into Bestbuy and purchased frigidare pure source 1 filter and immediately noticed the difference in taste of my refrigerator water.

    I was a bit nervous about buying this one because of some of the reviews. At first it seemed like it didn't fit until i realized i jad to take the plastic caps off the prongs. Once i did that it fit perfectly.

    We have tried off brand or even other name brand filters and I don't believe they filter the water as well as the original Frigidaire Puresource 3 filters. Some even feel much lighter leaving me to wonder what's inside. I will pay a little more to get what I believe is a better product.
