Needs the discipline to enter data on a regular basis.

Great price for Quicken, the product is solid and not perfect but gets the job done keep me in check with my investments, bills with a quick look into my finances

They still have to make it perfect - it still crashes at times.

I'm happy with this product. I've used Quicken to track my income and expenses since 1988 and I think it's the best financial software on the market. I hate the fact that it's now a subscription software, but Best Buy had the very best price to renew my subscription.

I have used Quicken for years and never had any issues when registering it through Quicken when I purchased it from a big box store and not from Quicken. This time was a terribly hard process it wouldn't register at all. I even attempted to return it to my local Best Buy store but was told by the manager they wouldn't take it back since it was a subscription product. So I called Quicken and was on the phone for over an hour finally they were able to activate it for me. Needless to say next year I'll be purchasing it through Quicken.

I purchased Quicken during a Black Friday promotion, and the product itself is excellent. Unfortunately, Best Buy’s overseas customer support was extremely frustrating. FedEx delivered my package to an unknown address. When I contacted customer support, they were unhelpful and said they would attempt to locate it. After a week, they canceled and refunded my order without notifying me. When I called back and explained that I still wanted the product, I was told to repurchase it—but they refused to honor the original Black Friday price. There was no way to contact corporate, and support would not escalate the issue. Out of frustration, I emailed the CEO directly and, surprisingly, received a call back. While the issue was eventually resolved, the amount of time and energy required was unacceptable and not something I will ever get back.

Good product and support. There are these of investments, such as Treasury Direct accounts, which the program does not cover, but should.

Great product I've been using it for 30 years, back then you didn't have to purchase it every year.

Best Buy offered Quicken Software at a much lower price than other sites and the software worked perfectly.

The best product for the money better than quick books.

Good product at good price. With efficient delivery and service available.

This annual subscription stuff is a terrible customer service. Please go back to the old days when you could just purchase the product.
