Quicken really helps you keep your finances in check

I have been a Quicken user for many, many years and thought it was time I upgraded to the latest version. This version is as simple and easy to use as my previous version (2014) but what I have found is this latest version seems to run much faster between screens and saving the data file. All-in-all, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Been using the product for 15 years. I can accept no updates after a while, but not being able to update my accounts sucks.

Don’t pay the renewal fee online. The sale price saved $20. There is a place in the menu to enter a new code for renewal, instead of renewing online.

I have used Quicken for years and my most recent version was 2014 so I needed to update it. It is the best tool to keep my checking accounts and stuff up to date and reconciling bank statements is a snap. The "find" feature is great when I need to look something up to see if I already made a payment.

The customer service for quicken are trained to help with any questions. I was assisted with the downloading of the program and other questions I had. I was well pleased with the service and the price is well worth it. This is a great program for organizing personal finances.

Quicken is my go to for personal finances. Super easy to use and so easy to get your bank and monthly transactions downloaded to Quicken. Renewable every year so you can see what you have spent your money on year after year after year.

if you are one who likes to keep finances in order then this is a great program very easy to use.

Have been using it for years needed an updated version

Like the service where you can sync with the mobile app. However, paying so much for the service is not reasonable. If you do not need all the online sync you will be better off with the stand alone product for a cheaper price. Best software out there to manage your finances. Software does have glitches and bogs up your computer.

I’ve used Quicken for years to track my finances. Nothing really new in the last few years and still has some quirks. However, it’s the only program that does everything I want such as downloading transactions from the web and tracking investments. I hate the subscription plan that they’ve implemented though, especially since they don’t offer discounts on renewal to long time users.

This program is easy to use. It helps a person to get their finances figured out.

What Quicken does not tell you is they don't support all banks or services. If your bank is no longer supported, they don't care. They are very lax in fixing the problem. It is a nice dashboard but what good is a dashboard if Quicken is not downloading my bank information??? Their Customer Service is also a joke. I have talked to several of them trying to get them to fix the problem. I have heard everything from it is my banks problem to fix their software (yes they really said, my bank was responsible for fixing their software!!!), it is a known problem for half the year. I paid full price for the Quicken software and half the year it did not even work because they won't fix their software!

I've been using Quicken since about 2006. I've used two earlier versions that I liked. All you did was purchase the CD and install. I purchased this latest version. In small print it says 1-year subscription. Didn't see this when I purchased as I wasn't wearing my reading glasses. After installing it I find out that the only way it will work is if you purchase a subscription. I don't own a business, I don't download information from my bank or credit card, this purchase was strictly personal. No where on the package does it say, "WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT PAID SUBSCRIPTION!" Had I known when I was purchasing it that I would be required to pay a yearly subscription to keep it running I would NOT have purchased it. I'm in the process of reporting to the FTC.

It's a cost effective way in renewing your yearly subscription to Quicken.

Box contains disc (for some reason), but the real item is the code necessary to extend the subscription of Quicken Dekuxe for another year.
