bad software & worse programing

I have had nothing but issues. everything manual entries. when the software downloads from my bank I get a negative balance of $-4,000 then quicken support said "I don't know why it's doing that". CUSTOMER SUPPORT hours are a joke too, only open for 8 hours and I have to take a number for a call back next week. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!
