We were forced into upgrading due to bank downloads. Had 2 issues that Quicken support couldn't resolve after spending hours on the phone. You cannot keep an older version when you put the new software on the computer to compare transitions.

Like all the features but hate the annual subscription price.

After using for several years, Quicken has stopped working as intended. I am no longer able to download and reconcile an accurate data file from my bank account. The only reason I have used quicken is to save time from manually reconciling all my bank transactions. After spending hours upon hours manually reconciling, attempting to resync with quicken and continuing to have significant issues, I am done with this program and this company. There is no obvious way to contact them with a complaint by email so I am writing this review. Save your time and your money and keep a manual check register!

The program itself is fine and I have been using it for a long time. But I do not like the annual subscription fee.

Do not know to use this software NO directions!!! Geek Squad doesn’t know how at my location. Not like Quicken 2007 that I bought from you all ages ago. Generally I love Best Buy, Geek Squad and Magnolia. Thanks

I received this product in good shape and on time via UPS today. After installation when attempting to activate, i was advised that the activation code was already in use by another user! I spoke with Quicken Customer Service and this was verified. it certainly was not work the $10.00 savings that I was expecting. I am processing a refund via Quicken as this time. I will purchase the product from the Manufacturer and pay the full price as I have no more time to waste on this process. How does that happen to Best Buy? Very disappointed by this experience.

Same software as last year. No noticeable upgrades. I'm not happy with how Intuit has forced users to a subscription model to monetize Quicken.

quicken is fine i just think when you call a best buy store you should be able to talk to that store if you are needing something not a call center

Most archaic software that just does the job. The interface needs an update badly.

This software is definitely more complicated than it needs to be.

A necessary evil if you have used Quicken to do your finances in the past. The subscription payment scheme is a money gray considering the program doesn’t really evolve. The interface is clunky and been that way for years. I would dump it if a competitor would come along.

This Quicken product was given as a gift and failed to install for the recipient. Quicken reps couldn't rectify issue and have not yet been able to recover the user's data.

We bought quicken to help with our finances and keeping track where our money is going. We have had nothing but problems with the program. It locks us out of our bank accounts several times a day. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend it to anyone.

Geek was unable to teach me how to use the program. He installed the program onto my lap top. And that is as far as my $49 special cost got me. I have no knowledge how to utilize my recent purchase

Best Buy's policy of taking back bonuses earned through purchases and reviews is unfair and unnecessarily restrictive. Based on this policy, I will give negative reviews of all future purchases.

Ever since I upgraded from version 2017 to 2020, I started loosing data. I've contacted Intuit for help but no response...

Absolutely HATE that the only way you can import your banking items is by changing to being an annual subscriber. VERY angry at Intuit and Quicken.

Will not load on my desktop computer,. constant errors.
