Customers are saying

The small size of the speakers is also a popular feature, with customers appreciating how easy they are to install. I wanted to clear out the clutter of my current JBL speakers, I felt engulfed by speakers. It’s really hard to gauge how something is going mesh up against your current system, and for the price it’s not like you’re going to frequently swap out speakers. Do it right the first time. I was on the fence about buying a sound bar and ditching my dated 7.1 system. After much debating and reading I swapped out my receiver for a new 5.1 Denon stereo. I still felt like I couldn’t hear movie dialog or sounds ping ponging around me with my current speakers. I bought the Klipsch - Quintet 5.0 speakers and was absolutely amazed. You can’t expect to truly hear superb sound with an old receiver + new speakers or in my case a new receiver + old speakers. Klipsch - Quintet 5.0 box was heavy and the speakers are small I removed all my big harry JBLs and got the clutter out! It’s a very odd perception you would expect the sound from each speaker to be to be coming from this massive box thing. If you are on the fence trust me I replaced my towers, center, rears, satellites, and sub with these five amazing speakers! You can hear everything the way it was meant to be heard!

These speakers have caused me to go deaf on my Onkyo system. It's wonderful. At volume level 45 these speakers will blow your knickers off into the neighbors laundry room, soiled, and needing to be washed. This box set of speakers is that amazing. Those negative reviews on here contain no one voicing their actual dislike, just a simple bad star. Those people don't know how to type so I'd not expect them to know how to hookup a speaker or listen.

I just got a great deal at Best Buy on these Klipsh speakers as they were on sale. Incredible value for the quality of this speaker system. I already had an older version of these in my master bedroom and just added them to my basement family room along with a new Denon receiver and Vizio smart tv. WOW Love it. You can not beat these little speakers for value, you more than get your moneys worth with these. They fill up any standard size room with ease. I just wish my wife would let me crank them to their full potential lol

I am a big home theater Enthusiast And sound is very important to me. After hooking up these speakers and briefly playing them through a couple of Blu-rays I noticed the sound is much bigger than you would imagine. Very clear and absolutely no distortion this system delivers an amazing experience you would only find in a movie theater. I set this speaker system up in my dedicated theater room which used to consist of Much bigger speakers From Polk. Not only is this system very small and aesthetically pleasing the sound will blow your mind. If you are in the market for a small but very noticeable home theater system the Klipsch quintet is just the right system for you. For the money you can't beat this system and you will Notice a difference in any movie you watch prior to watching the movie with this system. Make the right choice and go with the fifth-generation Klipsch home theater system you will not be disappointed.

These were recomended by a musician friend. Been watching these for six months waiting for a good sale. Half price on cyber Monday, gets no better. $275 is a STEAL for these speakers. Replaced my huge, dated clunky bookshelf Carver and JBL speakers. These are about 25% of the size and pack all the punch and twice the clarity. All I would say is that I turned my sub up slightly to compensate for the smaller cones, thats it. Buy them.

I originally purchased the Polk TL150 set. They sounded decent, but lacked in mid-range. Decided to try the Klipsch Quintet set that was on sale. Excellent clarity and range for a satellite speaker set. Can have the frequency crossover set as low as 100 HZ no problem (make sure you have a decent quality subwoofer). Paired with my Yamaha RX-V477 receiver, the Klipsch Quintet speakers sound rich and detailed. Highly recommended.

Klipsch has a solid 5.0 speaker setup

This Klipsch Quintet was experimental for me. I sold my Bose satellite speakers due to the fact that I loved the demonstrations that are conducted at Best Buy. These speakers had more full range sound than the Bose. These speakers by themselves are very sharp and have good over all mid range and high range sounds. I'm very impressed with the design and fluidity of the horn tweeters. The directional design disseminates the sound of the highs in every direction. This is an outstanding setup to have for home theater if paired with a good subwoofer. I would not recommend these speakers if no subwoofer is attached to your home theater. I also would not suggest using this for music very much. Movies are perfect though and pack huge sound, even with a 50 watt RMS rating (200 peak). The size fit my living room quite well, and was a general improvement from my Bose system. This is a good package that's affordable and can fit even in a smaller living room that doesn't take over sound space with too much sound.

I was replacing an older jvc system and decided to invest in a better 5.1 set up. The salesman talked extremely highly of the Klipsch and after listening to him and them I decided to take the plunge. I'm glad I did! They sound amazing and I even added a Klipsch sub to complete it all! I would absolutely recommend this set up!

I purchased these along with a 12 inch Klipsch sub. Could not be more happy. Speakers are solid, well built units with crisp, clear sound at any level.

Got these when they went on sale for $349 to replace some perfectly working JBL satellite speakers. I really didn't expect much of a sound difference, but as soon as I hooked up the center channel speaker...WOW...I could not believe what a difference in sound, clear, clean and much more detailed. I was so impressed I bought two more sets before they went off of sale. Keep in mind they do need a sub if you want to have the full movie theater experience. The only challenge that I have with these was the wall mounting. The mounts that BB sells look cheap and are made of plastic. They also make the speaker stick four to five inches away from the wall. Going online I found mounts but they were pretty expensive at $20-30 each. Found some okay mounts at Walmart for $9 a pair, not as quality as the BB ones but only made the speakers stick out three inches.

I knew the Klipsch name from a set of computer speakers and had high expectations for this 5.0 setup. I'm no audiophile, but paired with a mid-high end sub, the setup sounds amazing. Got a great price on these, well worth it!

well, i finally got a chance to get me a set of the small yet incredible sounding Klipsch Quintet 5.0 surround sound speakers. they are the 2012 model satellite speakers and boy am i happy with them. the price was a bit hefty but you honestly get what you pay for. the satellites are well built, and have a ported 1.5 inch hole in the back of the speaker to give you a deeper bass response. the tweeter in the front sounds incredible and gives you superb clarity for voice and music. the mid range speakers sound excellent as well and give you good mid bass sound. a sub woofer how ever would be required if you want to have a boomy sound for your movie watching experience, my only complaint is that klipsch does not sell additional speakers separately so that you can build a 7.1 surround sound system. but other than that i have no complaints at all. if you have not heard them yet, please stop by your local best buy and see if they have them on display to test out. you will be surprised when you hear the amazing sound coming from such a small package.
