Admittedly, it's not classic cinema like Gone With the Wind, but it wasn't meant to be. It's a fun romp with an interesting premise. A little predictable, but still with some fun twists.

Really enjoyed this movie on dvd from the Red Box, so I purchased it in blu ray for better picture/sound quality. Your kids will love it too. Reminds me of (Men in Black) movies!!!

I like Ripd. It's a fun movie, but not a great one. This is a buddy flick similar to men in black but instead of aliens this movie deals with spurts on the run from their final resting place.

The characters are likable, the action keeps things interesting, the humor spot on, and the story is interesting. Really not a bad thing to say about this movie.

A spoof of MIB, RIPD was a good movie, even better in 3D but I am glad I didn't spend the money going to it in the Theater. Made out like a bandit with the price I paid at Best Buy.

Nothing special, lots of cg and humor covers the fact that the story is cheesy and overdone. Great performance by Jeff Bridges makes this mildly entertaining movie worth a watch.

Thoroughly enjoyed the dvd. I enjoyed the combination of Ryan Renolds and Jell Bridges. Kevin Bacon was a great villian. Overall, the movie concept worked.

If you liked Men In Black, you will love this movie. It has the same silliness and off beat humor. Makes for a very entertaining evening.

The movie RIPD was one that I wanted too see in the theater but was not able to get there. With the great price at Best Buy, I can watch the movie any time I want!!!!

My husband and kids really liked this movie, so I've been looking for it to add to our collection. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

This movie is well acted in my opinion, but it seems to lack a compelling story line. I liked watching it, but it will probably be a while before I watch it again.

Another movie I was hoping could be better, as I've always been a Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds fan. Turned out to be like an unfunny re-hashing of Men In Black.

i enjoyed this movie very much because of a great cast and great comedy. The 3d effects are quite stunning. The entire family loved it.

In my opinion this movie was average at best. The special effects were okay and some of the comedy was good also. The main actors have been in much better films.

Great fun for the entire family (not little kids). A wonderful interaction of Comedy and action sure to keep you entertained.

Was okay.....probably should have rented first as it would probably not have turned into a purchase......too much like Ghostbusters & Men In Black combined....

Nothing beats the clash between the characters identities and how they work together! Recommended for those who enjoyed Men In Black.

This one gets 5 stars in all movie categories i can think of. Effects, acting, plot, etc. Another one i rented and then purchased.
