The CGI for Kong was a little blurry and he looked like someone gave him a buzz cut. Gorillas have longer hair than this sorry excuse of a monster. But it was entertaining.

Movie is okay. Bought for 3d and was disappointed as the effect was pretty weak. I thought this movie would be a good candidate for 3d, but it didn't turn out that way.

This film could be taken from the pages of King Kong. The acting is mediocre and there is a great deal of violence too. I would not recommend letting children watch this.

I grew up playing this game often with my brothers and friends. Never would I have imagined them turning the game into a movie, but I'm glad that they did. Don't expect a deep story as the source material was just about causing pure destruction. Dwayne Johnson did a good job at making me sense the emotion of friendship between he and George the Gorilla. It's just a great film to sit back and turn off your brain for a bit. Loved that the destruction for the most part took place in my hometown of Chicago.

Let's be honest...this movie is strictly mindless entertainment. However, pretty cool SteelBook design. Being a SteelBook collector, I'm kind of peeved that there are two separate SteelBooks for the regular Blu-Ray version and the 4K version. I actually like the cover for the regular SteelBook better (as well as the interior art), though I prefer back art of the 4K version...but, I will always future proof when I can. Also, bonus points for the sale price during Black Friday. Thanks, Best Buy!!!

Big animals are so much cooler than small animals, especially when the word rampage is involved. Get ready for some crazy action, and some real family moments

It was ok...pretty predictable. The cursing was over done. You have regular movies with typical cursing then some that are overboard... this was the latter.

Reminiscent of the Saturday morning ‘B’ creature features that I watched as a kid. Special effects are well done, but the 3D effects are just fair. The 3D was more of an add after feature rather then a showcase of the medium. It’s the typical Sci-Fi story of good versus evil and will not win any awards for acting or best movie. It has a few good comedic moments that make the movie entertaining for most people. If you are fan of Duane Johnson then you will enjoy this film.

Kids loved it. Good performance by the rock as usual. It's not the best movie in the world but it's good enough and the kids will like it .

Rampage is an example of just a good time at the movies popcorn flick. Based off the classic arcade game from the 80s I could relate and enjoy

It's an okay movie especially if you are a fan of Dwayne Johnson. Not as good of a role as "San Andreas" or "Skyscraper", but worth watching.

This is not a great movie. It's an OK movie. The characters are very interchangeable stereotypes to the degree where the primary villain is just Evil Female Villain # 74. What's fun about this movie are the monster fights and action scenes. As always the Rock delivers a charismatic performance that's fun but shallow. In the end, you'll enjoy this movie, but with bland/uninspired writing, it's not going to win any awards anytime soon.

This is one of those films that falls under the "dumb fun" category, but it is fun if you are capable of suspending your disbelief. The visual effects are nice, The Rock is always fun to watch in these kinds of action roles, and the film is enjoyable if a bit cartoonish at times. The picture and audio quality of the 4K transfer are pretty good so this is a nice purchase for those who liked this movie.

Based upon the video game of the same name, one should know what to expect from a film like this. The "Rock" gives another standout performance, as well as the rest of the cast. It's a lot of smashing and destruction, with a little bit of humor as well. The video is excellent as well as the Dolby Atmos Sound. The special features arevenjoyable as well. If you don't gi in with the highest of expectations, I think you will enjoy this film.

I was not sure whether or not I would enjoy this movie, since it was based on an arcade game . My wife and I are big "Rock" fans. We have enjoyed all of his movies to date. Surprisingly, the movies was much better than we had expected. The interaction with the ape was very comical. We found it entertaining with action packed, emotional scenes and blended with comedy situations. I would recommend this movie without reserve.

Ok, its not the best movie in the world, but its not the worst either. A decent story, along with The Rock, makes it worth seeing.

It was a cheap movie ($9.99) for sale and it had the Rock in it. Haven't seen it, but I'm sure it's typical Rock Action movie.

It is what it is a mindless action movie that is fairly entertaining, my dogs do go crazy when the giant wolf is on screen
