Communication between third-party installer, Best Buy and me could have been much better. And when rescheduling was necessary, there was never a narrower timeframe provided other than "7am-7pm." The range hood itself and the physical installation process were fine, but cleanup could have been better.

For the most it was ok but it sounded like things were dropped during the installation. Overall I have lost confidence in some of the third party group. Some talk down to me. I find that some of them seem not to be equipped to do the job they are given. Not all of them have any of these issues. I actually get nervous when one of these installations is due. Note I had to find, order, and install the light bulbs for the hood. They said it was not their fault because I ordered hood from Amazon because you did not have it in stock.

Great device. A little messy, which is why i like the portable one so I can use it in the shower. Great results so far, dentist approved!

The installers did a great job. They installed a new pipe going up for my exhaust vent and the range hood perfectly. Very happy with their respect of my property. It was so worth it to sign up for the My Best Bug plan. Cheers to my installer Ramon and the gents he works with!

Product is good but scheduling was horrible. No one showed up when it was scheduled. Upon calling found out that the ticket was closed without installation.

The installation went smoothly. My installer was great and had my laughing throughout the installation. The range hood works well.

We love our new Zephyr range hood and were so impressed by the guys who installed it. They knew what they were doing and even retraced their steps when almost done when they realized that not all the plastic covering had been removed from one side of the hood. Took it apart, took off the plastic, and reinstalled it. Very professional.

Range hood was installed professionally. There were issues with the fit. The technician was able to work around the issue and successfully installed.

Installation went well until they said they couldn’t use the power cord from the old range hood and that I would need to purchase a new power cord. They sold me one for $46. I could have bought one from Home Depot for $20 but that would cause them to back to come back for the installation.

The two men were very courteous and called to say they were running a bit late due to bad weather. The vent was installed properly. My complaint is that a huge mess was left. Didn’t hover over them while they were installing but should have to direct them to better cover my stove top and counter areas. Needed to spend 30 minutes or more cleaning my gas range top, floor and cabinet due to all the debris left behind. I’ve used geek installation before and have not had this problem. Paid to have my old appliance taken away but they should have paid me for the time spent to clean up after they left. Would recommend but would make sure they did a better job of cleaning before leaving.

Brad was amazing. I had to reconfigure my hood from venting out to recirculating unit. This was all new to him but masterfully, he figured it out and had it up and runny nh perfectly.
