The range hood fit perfectly in place of the one it was replacing. The installation crew called ahead of their arrival and did an awsome job.

Took 3 times to get a unit that was not damaged in shipping but they persevered and got it mounted and hauled off the old one. Very pleased with their work and attitude.

The installation went fine. The hood itself is of very terrible design. One side does not work at all for the fan. The fan is placed on one side but the hood has two filters and two sides. I will be calling the store to complain. My owners manual book also did not arrive with the range and I was told they would send it to me but it hasn't arrived.

Installation was unsatisfactory. The team took shortcuts to finish the installation sooner - they did not remove all the packing tape from the appliance and the tape was showing when they installed the vent hood. They also did not effectively vent to unit, which I noticed when I unplugged the unit (the boost fan would not shut off). Air was blowing into the cabinet instead of going up the vent. They told me I was being "picky," when I noticed the packing tape showing. I requested that a new team be sent out to correct what this team had done incorrectly, but my request was completely ignored. The same team came out today. I hope they correctly vented the air -- they used tape and were gone in 3 mins.

Only have had this for 1 day but so far so good. Install team did a very nice job

Reasonable great range looks nice for my elderly parents who wont use it much.

i am still waiting for my $200.00 that I paid electrician for installation.

I would give 5 stars but charcoal filters were not included. Had to have a second installation.

Replacement range hood is good. Technicians called ahead of time for the installation.

Works great and looks beautiful. We’ve had it for 2 weeks and so far, so good.

The hood manual shows a rectangular to 6" circular duct transition piece to be part of the unit but it was not provided and the installer tapped up a circular duct to the rectangular outlet which I think is unprofessional. Otherwise, it was done properly.

It has two settings for the lights & 3 for the fan. A good value for the price. It's relatively quiet even on the highest speed.
