After many cancellations on the part of Best Buy, the team that came to my home to install the range hood were top shelf. I would heartily recommend this team to anyone that asks for a recommendation. If only Best Buy could take a lesson from teams like this, I would continue to shop there.

This Zephyr 36 inch stainless steel range hood is beautiful in our kitchen. Its adjustable speed vents out the cooking odors. We love the Led lights underneath the hood & it’s quieter then the last Zephyr range hood we had. The visiting family, neighbors, friends are impressed by its functionality & aesthetics.

Love the hood, the only thing i didnt like is that the best buy send thenwrong people to install it they put the wrong suction hose.

Gets hot during cooking so when you try to push the buttons they are hot! Bestbuy service was inadequate. I had to contract someone else to create an electrical connection and had to have someone else do the installation due to barriers from bestbuy installation

The appliances are not only gorgeous but work well.

Best Buy have what I was looking for and the price is competitive and they have in in stock.

Arrived TWICE damaged. Had to return this twice. Really wanted this item. Delivery guys were awesome.

Estrada was extremely helpful in explaining and demonstrating that the hood would not work based on my cabinet above the range. Unfortunately, it was recommended by a Best Buy Representative that came out to measure.

The installers arrived at the early end of the delivery window. Installation went well. They explained what they were doing and what they needed from me. Very professional. The hood works like a charm. I gave it a "good" rating in Value only because it's a bit on the expensive side.
