Excellent tooth cleaning device. It is easy to install the new tooth brush on your Waterpik Sonic Flosser.

By no means is this installation complete. We had Atif come to our home to confirm the feasibility of installation. At that time we were interested in Samsung 36" 1200 cfm, since it wasnt in stock we went for Zypher 1200 cfm. He assured us the installation will be up to code with makeup vent installed and current width of the exhaust pipe is 8 inches and it will have to be replaced with 10 or 12" - So far so good. We went ahead with the purchase Then Sam came to do a measurement check after we had made our purchase. He told us there will be two additional cuts becasuse Zypher hood is not 36" - OK we agreed to $45/cut, two were required. I asked him about the pipe replacement and he said that will be an extra 125 - 150, depending on the contractor. The Installation team came told us the cuts will be @ $160. After back and forth they agreed and started work. After they installed the hood( without the makeup vent kit) the told us it will make whistling noise. At this point, we were really stumped. I did not think they would install it WITHOUT the makeup air kit. This install is NOT legal and NOT up to code. Now we can not use the hood at all! Absolutely no itegrity and professionalism! We are in a flux and don't know what to do.

Installers were very communicative and addressed any issues before proceeding. Gave us a demo on operation. Very happy with installers.

I love the geek squad, unfortunately they did not bring the range hood and the crew that brought it was a day late. I would have loved for them to install it. Bummer!

The installers were knowledgeable and friendly. They discovered that this vent would not work in my kitchen and was returned for a model that would work.

This purchase was problematic from the start. Since the purchase management has listened and responded to the concerns. The product Gas range and hood are affordable but the quality tells you tht it is CHEAP.

They are fully acountable for the service. No finger pointing here. I love it.
