      For many reasons i rate this installation the worst nightmare. I stopped counting how many appointments i had to have to get the kitchen hood up (7 times?). There was no accountability between best buy and the third party installer. The sales guy quoted me the wrong product three times. And just when I thought i was done with the torturous process, the installed hood dropped a few inches on one side today after installation for a month. If there is a way to rate a negative number, it would be more fitting. Best Buy clearly is not positioned to handle this kind of product and the after-sale service. It needs to get out of this line of products because it damages its goodwill with customers. I will no longer buy any appliances from Best Buy from the traumatic experience of the hood purchase and installation.
