Love the product. The install not so much

However they sent one installer to do a two person job. My husband left work to cime home and help him. Then my husband had to go into our garage for tools to assist. My husband had to hold the range hood in place while the installer screwed it in place. In no way could one person have done this job alone. the installer acknowledged this and said he was going to ask that we be sent a gift card or something. To date nothing has been received.
