      This has been the most frustrating experience of my life! Between all the appointments & days off work for delivery/installation where the unit wasn't available for delivery/installation to Friday, 1/21/22 when the appliance was finally delivered by a team that turned off the power, removed the old range hood and left. We were told they needed a part and would be right back. That is the last we saw of them. The power was not turned back on before they left. The kitchen was left a mess with the old range hood sitting in the dinning room next to the new one with all the parts and paper work spread out on the dinning table and the box left open in the middle of it all. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy ever again that I cannot pick up from the store or the warehouse myself and have a professional install.

      Service from the home office was a bad as it could be. Cancelled my order twice with no explaintation. Agents repeatedly lied to me because they did not know the correct answer so they made up an excuse.

      Had nothing but problems from the very start with my purchase of Stove and Rangehood. After a month of issues and delays the rangehood was finally installed improperly . They knowingly installed this unit in a way that prevented the cabinet doors above from opening (the doors literally scrap and push down on the unit), and they installed it at an angle instead of ensuring this was level across. Had they at least leveled it properly i may have been able to sand the bottom of the cabinet doors to make adjustments .
