It was not an easy task but he got it installed really well. Very knowledgable and courteous.

I was charged an additional $125 to install the hood b/c my outlet was on the other side. This is absurd! I had no other options at the time, they are already there to deliver my appliances so what else can I do.

The installation went well and the installers took their time in making sure the hood was centered.

Got my fridge, stove and stereo systems for 2 cars from best buy and geek squad is always great.

Worst service ever, charge me $150 to create a point and good never worked due to the beaker issue. I called another electrician to replace the breaker and Best Buy I should say worst buy gave the appointment of 10/30/21. Team showed up and said your breaker is not fixed, and asked for the extension cord which my wife couldn’t find at the moment. Then they said they will be back after their next appointment as I came home and found the extension cord and called them. Today is 11/03 and no one called back or show up to fix the issue. When I called they said I need to call the manufacturer of the hood which never worked from day 1. This the worst service I ever got from Best Buy.

The unit from day 1 blows air in but also blows out to your forehead. The installers insisted it's normal. I requested service, and the same company came out again and said it's normal. It's loud and sounds strong as if it's sucking everything in, but it's not close to being effective as the old one they hauled away. Whole house gets food smell and some smoke. Something is definitely not right. I'm going to call Best Buy/Pacific Sales/GeekSquad...this is insane.

The initial technicians sent to install the hood exhaust were very disappointing. The main installer spent most of his time talking about himself and how he couldn’t install our appliance because something was wrong. He attempted to install our hood exhaust without reading the directions. He eventually gave up and told us to call and set a new appointment Trent when I pointed out he was doing it wrong. The second crew that installed the exhaust did the install without any issues.

First hood was installed and it was making noise . So a replacement was ordered and second one makes the noise . Than I was told it is the wrong brand of hood . We should go with something else . But Best Buy guy came and recommended this GE profile hood in the first place . Nowhere on the box it says GE profile . Don’t know if we were delivered the product we ordered . We are stuck with a hood that makes a lot of noise . The installation team was very good both times and very professional. More than a month has gone by still waiting for the refund that the customer service agreed to give us .
