    They came out installed the range just great then they looked at the hood said they couldn't do it, said they would call tomorrow never did , now i just saw they charged me anyway I am not done with them yet. Bet my review never gets posted

    The guy had trouble installing the hood. True, the item, I now think was poorly made, but this guy took hours t install the hood, banging the parts to force them to fit together. Any installer worth his salt should have stopped the installation, and called Best Buy for guidance.

    Never would I use them to install appliances again. Worst service I've ever been given in my life. For $20k, one would expect excellent customer service and words cannot begin to express the unprofessionalism and lack of care from anyone. Do not pay for installation. Hire a contractor. Way better off.

    Inspite of four appointments and few phone calls Ultimately, installed it by my own contractor

    3rd party vendor showed up in a battered van. I was hesitant to let them into my house. Ruined our ceiling and wall in the installation. Had to be reinstalled by someone else. I would not have Best Buy involved with any aspect of installation. Especially with a new kitchen.

    Four attempts and one year later I still do not have a functioning range hood. Customer service is nonexistent. I keep getting surveys to find out how I like the hood. I do you not have the words to express my disappointment.

    No good reason given for not installing. Few weeks later one of your consultation member came and said that range hood should have been installed. we are waiting for somebody to come and install.

    Not what we ordered and would not fit into our custom cabinet. Insert was not installed. Newton is the only one there trying to help. He is sending us a new Bosch insert. We hope it will fit.

    This was not a remote service. A third party was contracted through Best Buy to install this over range hood. Terrible! Damaged brand new cabinets during installation.

    Love our range Very disappointed in installation I have called customer service repeatedly and received no response I had to hire another installer to fix the issue

    I have a bad unit installed. BEST bUY COULD CARE LESS AS LONG AS SALES WAS MADE.

    On May 10th a range hood was installed and it was damaged. The installer sent a picture of the damage and I heave not heard back on when the new one would be installed.

    Damaged my back splash. Because the home isn’t occupied they didn’t inform anyone of the damage. I returned to see the work done and was more focused on that the the item at hand.

    There is something wrong with the low setting on the vent. Installers called to let best buy know. An appoint was set to come today for another one. No one came.

    My hood is damaged on corners. Works fine, but I didn't purchase damaged. Suppose to be new.
