We kind of like the Range-hood. Works good but very loud. With that kind of price it’s odd that is so loud. I recommend it if you don’t mind the noise while cooking.

This is so much better than the Contractor version my new house had. It's like a commercial hood. We love it.

We were told that the installer would cut the cabinet when installing. I checked with Best Buy twice about this. Yet, when the installer came, he said it's not part of it and they would have to charge extra. I told him that I was not willing to pay when my contractor would have done had BestBuy told me he needed to. BestBuy installer made a call and came back to say, he got it approved....Still not sure what that was all about. The cut was ok, wish the would at least sand it down so you don't have to worry about splinters...but, at least we got it done! Also, they left all the boxes - which was a pain for us to get rid of.

The install team was very professional and found a way to install the product without cutting into the existing cabinet.

The fans work extremely well and tlhe steam and smell from the cooking get sucked up real quick. Installation was quick and fast.

Didn't fit well in the existing space and had to be taped to make sure airflow worked well. Not sure if I am loosing energy due to this. Wish there were better standards so one can remove existing hoods and install new ones seamlessly.

I purchased a rangehood (plus installation) 6 months ago. After some delay, bestbuy came to deliver it and install it, but only to find out it was defective. So, that team left saying bestbuy would contact me to process a replacement order. I waited for several weeks before I called them to check. They said the system showed it as a completed order instead. After I explained to them what had happened, they created an order to deliver a new rangehood. When that was delivered a couple months later, they found out that they didn’t create an install order. A couple months later (after I spoke to several MyBestBuyTotal agents), they finally submitted an order for installation and another order for pickup (defective range hood). Today is the appointment day for both. But before the installation team came, the pickup team came and left without picking it up because they are not allowed to uninstall it. Later, the installation team came. But when they opened the replacement rangehood, they found that to be damaged also. They took it back with them. I was told Bestbuy would contact me with a replacement order and schedule delivery and install. It hasn’t happened. This either shows a clear gap in information shared between systems or just a worst customer service team without any integrity . Bottomline.. This is such a horrible experience for any customer. Being a long time bestbuy customer, I am in a shock to see the degradation in service.

It a good hood range my wife loves it,plus the stove.

Installation was great, fast and easy. The range look is nice but I immediately wished there was a third fan settling. I chose this due to the quiet and lowest setting you barely know it’s on based on sound and poor performance. The other high setting is noisy like a plane and super fast but works great, wish there was an in between setting. After 1 year it began making LOUD noise at fasted settling, and now on both settings. I now hate that I spent too much money. NOT WORTH IT

I was notified multiple times which kept me up to date on when they would arrive, they came fast, was friendly, did great job installing my range hood. no problems. no complaints, would use Best Buy service again.

Has only been in for a week. Lights are very bright and help light up the adjacent counter spaces. All fans work properly.

Hood installation was seamless. Installers were prompt, professional, courteous, and finished in a timely manner. The dup was patient and promptly showed me not only showed me how to operate the vent hood, but also how to disassemble and clean the screens. Excellent service!

Works great, look nice and easy install. The installers showed upnon time, didna quick install, and cleaned up when done.

My installers had a hard time putting this in. The prefab cuts weren’t lined up with my house vent and this made it difficult for installation. Definitely a 2 person job. One needs to hold near the spot so the other can attach the wires.
